HPC Fire Rectangle H-Burner Unfinished Fire Pit Enclosure The HPC Fire Rectangle H-Burner Unfinished Fire Pit Enclosure (frequently designated as a Ready-to-Finish or RTF kit) is a commercial-grade, structural field system engineered by Hearth Products Controls (HPC). Explicitly designed for professional landscape builders, contractors, and DIY outdoor designers, this system removes the labor-intensive, precise framing phase. Featuring a fully integrated, dual-lane premium H-Burner configuration, this pre-fabricated rectangular chassis provides an mathematically flawless foundation ready to be clad in your signature style veneer. Structural Framework & Finishing Flexibility Ready-to-Finish Core Frame: Built around an industrial, heavy-duty 22-gauge galvanized steel welded skeleton. This structural core guarantees exceptional weight load distribution and remains entirely immune to structural sagging, warping, or joint degradation over decades of outdoor exposure. Pre-Sheathed Hardieboard Skin: Wrapped in non-combustible, 1/2" thick Hardieboard cement sheets. This establishes an optimal, porous outdoor-rated bond surface that directly accepts exterior masonry veneers, including natural chopped stone, synthetic stacked ledge stone, porcelain slate tile, brick pavers, or outdoor stucco. Integrated Safety Ventilation: The lower frame incorporates pre-cut air tracks. Included louvers satisfy structural ventilation code standards, actively exhausting heavy, non-combustible fuel pockets out of the interior storage cavity to prevent dangerous gas pooling and back-flashes. Time-Saving Structural Permanence: Eliminates the guesswork and precision calculation required to construct a linear rectangle frame on site. Arrives fully uniform, keeping corner pitches true and dropping project timeline assembly margins down significantly. The Dual-Lane H-Burner Layout & Torpedo Upgrade Full-Bodied H-Burner Profile: Unlike single-line straight linear track burners, the H-Burner configuration utilizes a parallel dual-lane branch format. By firing two parallel tracks of staggered burner gas ports linked across a central fuel bridge, it fills out a rectangular pan perfectly, creating a dense, wide sheet of flame with exceptional visual depth. Optional High-Velocity Torpedo Nozzles: Standard packages feature high-efficiency drilled ports, but configurations can be upgraded to include HPC's Torpedo Nozzle Burners. Torpedo models swap open orifices for precision-machined brass jets that drastically expand gas velocity, throwing tall, roaring, robust flames that mirror a real wood campfire. Choose Your Core Burner Ignition Platform This unfinished enclosure package is pre-equipped from the factory with a matching, fully certified 16-gauge 304 stainless steel rectangular pan and burner array, selectable across three iconic ignition tracks: Platform A – Smart Electronic Ignition (EI - On/Off or Hi/Lo): The premier automated ecosystem. Features a hot surface igniter (HSI) with a robust thermocouple pilot track and smart flame sensing. Outfitted with an on-board smart internal antenna, users can execute wireless on/off or variable flame-height toggling via a handheld remote control or a smartphone/tablet using the free HPC Fire Bluetooth App. Platform B – Push-Button Flame Sensing (FPPK): A battery-powered electronic pulse mechanical ignition track. Pressing the console push-switch generates high-frequency sparks to ignite the pilot. Includes an integrated internal thermocouple flame-sensing safety valve that immediately shuts down gas distribution if wind knocks the flame out. Platform C – Traditional Match Lit (MLFPK): The ultimate heavy-duty analog format. Completely free of internal electrical loops, battery modules, or wiring lines, this system relies on a physical match or torch wand for starting. Gas volume and thermal height are managed via a decorative solid brass key valve mounted cleanly onto the enclosure's outer face. Technical Specifications & Spatial Cutout Standard Outer Dimensions Profile: 60” Long x 24” Wide x 18” High (A highly ergonomic, chat-height structure that anchors cleanly alongside outdoor lounge sectionals) Matching Stainless Steel Pan Metric: Features an integrated 36” x 14” rectangular drop-in pan Core Burning Element Length: Outfitted with a 30” x 12” heavy-gauge 304 stainless steel H-Burner hub Total Thermal Output Capacity: Generates a robust 125,000 to 140,000 BTUs maximum depending on fuel input adjustments Base Unit Weight: Approx. 150 lbs (Pre-cladding weight—solidly balanced to stay structurally stable against seasonal frost shifts). Logistics, Fuel Tuning, & Certifications Store Pricing Matrix: Retails across premium outdoor suppliers starting from $3,061.85 USD for traditional Match-Lit entries and scales up past $5,600.00+ USD for automated, smart electronic ignition configurations. Orders qualify for Free LTL Freight Curbside Delivery with liftgate transport. Fuel Utility Calibration: Serialized and pre-configured from the factory floor specifically for either dedicated Natural Gas or Liquid Propane (LP) hardline utility lines. Electrical Input Requirements (EI Models Only): Automated modules require dedicated power lines, selectable at order for either 120 VAC (standard 3-prong grounded outdoor socket plug) or 24 VAC low-voltage (ideal for proximity to swimming pools or fountains; requires a separate external transformer). Full CSA Certification Protection: Both the internal H-burner insert kits and the entire structural frame envelope carry strict, independent CSA safety group testing stamps, fully satisfying rigorous North American structural code requirements for modern residential and light commercial venue setups.
