This kit contains: 1 x Water Butt ½” BSPM-F 1 x Nickle Plated Zinc Lever Tap 1 x 21mm HSS Drill Bit Hole Saw Cutter The water butt connector with a female BSP outlet is a practical and versatile solution for your rainwater collection containers. Designed for ease of installation, this connector can be screwed directly into existing threads if your container already features a female thread. This feature makes it an ideal choice for upgrading your current water harvesting setup with minimal effort, as the connector fits seamlessly into your existing infrastructure. In cases where your container does not have a pre-existing thread, the connector can still be easily affixed directly to the barrel. To do this, simply create a hole in the desired location on your water butt, remove the back nut and one washer from the connector, and insert the connector through the hole. The device is then secured by placing the washer and nut on the inside of the barrel and tightening them. This setup ensures that washers are positioned on both the inside and outside of the container, creating a reliable, leak-proof seal. Constructed from strong and durable plastic, the water butt connector is built to withstand the rigors of outdoor use and the constant pressure of stored water. Its robust design ensures a long-lasting connection, while its straightforward installation process makes it accessible for both novice and experienced users alike. Whether you are upgrading an existing system or starting a new water conservation project, this connector offers a reliable and efficient solution. The Garden Lever Tap with a 1/2 BSPM inlet and a 1/2 barb hose outlet is a robust and reliable solution for your watering needs. Constructed from zinc nickel-plated material, this tap boasts exceptional strength and durability, ensuring it withstands the rigors of outdoor use and exposure to the elements. The high-quality plating not only enhances its resistance to corrosion but also prolongs its lifespan, making it a dependable choice for gardeners and homeowners alike. Designed with user convenience in mind, the lever handle offers effortless on/off manoeuvring. This intuitive design feature allows for quick and easy control of water flow, reducing the strain and hassle often associated with traditional tap mechanisms. Whether you need a gentle trickle or a full blast of water, the lever tap provides precise and efficient regulation, ensuring your gardening tasks are carried out smoothly and effectively. The barbed hose outlet is engineered for a secure and reliable connection to the pipe. The barb grips the inner walls of the hose firmly, creating a leak-proof attachment that prevents disconnections and water flow disruptions. Installation is straightforward: simply push the pipe onto the tap, and it will lock firmly in place. This secure connection is essential for maintaining consistent water pressure and flow, making the Garden Lever Tap a practical and indispensable addition to any garden irrigation system.
