WB12-BRASS-KIT-017+DB+ This kit contains: 1 x Water Butt Brass Connector (WB-BR-12BSPF-34BSPM) 1 x PTFE Tape Roll (PTFE) 1 x Double Garden Tap (GT-D-LEVER12Q) 1 x Tap Connector Snap-On (TAPCON34BSPF001ZC) 1 x 27mm HSS Drill Bit Hole Saw Cutter (DB27MM) The Water Butt 3/4" BSP Male to 1/2" BSP Female outlet is a versatile and robust fitting designed for rainwater harvesting and other fluid storage systems. Made from high-quality durable brass, this connector is built to withstand various environmental conditions and provide long-lasting performance. The device is specifically engineered to reduce from a 3/4” BSP male thread to a 1/2” BSP female thread, making it a practical solution for adapting different sizes of pipes or fittings in your water butt or container setup. If your barrel or container already features a female thread, the 3/4" BSP male connector can be directly screwed into place, providing a seamless connection. If there is no pre-existing thread, the device can be attached by creating a hole and securing it with the included washers and back nut. This method ensures a tight and reliable seal, preventing leaks and maintaining the integrity of your water storage system. To attach the device directly to a container, simply create a 26mm hole to accommodate the 3/4" BSP male thread. After removing the back nut and one washer, insert the connector through the hole, ensuring the remaining washer is on the inside of the barrel. Secure the device by tightening the nut. The washer provides an additional layer of protection against leaks. This easy-to-install fitting is an essential component for anyone looking to customize or upgrade their water storage solutions, offering both flexibility and durability. The Double Garden Tap with a 1/2" BSP male inlet is a robust and versatile addition to any outdoor watering system. Constructed from high-quality metal with a nickel plating, this tap is strong and durable. The click-lock quick connector is designed for a secure snap-on fit, ensuring a tight seal that minimizes leaks and enhances the overall reliability of your garden setup. Featuring a ½” BSP male threaded inlet, this garden tap provides a solid and dependable connection to your water source. The lever handle allows for easy on/off control, providing a smooth operation for regulating water flow. In addition, the click-lock quick connect outlet simplifies the process of attaching and detaching hose pipes and connectors, making it a convenient choice for frequent use. Equipped with a second BSP threaded outlet that boasts independent valve control, this garden tap offers flexibility and efficiency in managing multiple water lines. Whether you're watering different garden zones or connecting additional equipment, the independent valves allow for precise control of each outlet. Connected to this outlet is a Snap-On Male Tap Connector. Constructed from robust brass and finished with a nickel plating, this connector is engineered for longevity and resistance to corrosion. Featuring a convenient snap-on click lock mechanism, this connector allows for quick and easy attachment to hose pipes and fittings. The intuitive design minimizes the effort required to connect and disconnect hoses, significantly saving time and effort. This snap-on feature ensures a secure and leak-proof connection, providing peace of mind during operation. PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) tape, also known as thread seal or plumber's tape, is a highly versatile tool widely used in plumbing, piping, and sealing applications. Its primary function is to provide a reliable, leak-proof seal between threaded pipe fittings, preventing the escape of gases or liquids. Simple to apply by hand, PTFE tape conforms easily to pipe threads, making it ideal for tight spaces and complex configurations. Made from high-quality Polytetrafluoroethylene, the tape is resistant to heat, chemicals, and high pressure, making it suitable for demanding environments and a go-to solution for plumbers, engineers, and maintenance professionals. The 27mm HSS (High-Speed Steel) Drill Bit Hole Saw Cutter is a versatile and durable tool, designed to deliver precise and efficient cutting through a variety of materials, including metal alloys, wood, and plastic. Its high-speed steel construction ensures superior heat resistance and durability, allowing for consistent performance even in demanding applications. The hole saw is engineered with sharp, evenly spaced teeth for smooth cutting and reduced effort, making it ideal for both professional and DIY projects. Its compact 27mm diameter makes it perfect for precision drilling, ensuring clean, accurate holes without causing damage to the surrounding material. This drill hole saw cutter is particularly suited for creating ¾” BSP male thread holes, commonly used in water butt installations or similar plumbing projects. Its robust metal drill bit ensures stability and minimizes vibrations during use, while the ergonomic design allows for easy attachment to power tools. Whether you're working on a plumbing task, crafting, or repairing, this cutter provides reliability and performance. It's an essential tool for anyone needing clean, uniform holes in a variety of materials.
