WF20KIT031 This kit contains: 1 x MDPE Wall Flange 20mm – ½” BSP (MDPEWF20-12BSPF) 1 x Lever Valve (BRVALVE12BSPM-F) 1 x Geka Type Fitting – 13mm Barb (GK13MM) 1 x Geka Type Fitting – ½” BSP (GK12BSPM) The MDPE wall plate tap kit is a versatile and robust solution designed to seamlessly connect MDPE pipes to an external water outlet. MDPE (Medium-Density Polyethylene) fittings are essential components in piping systems, specifically designed for connecting MDPE pipes. Known for their durability, flexibility, and chemical resistance, MDPE fittings are widely used in applications such as water supply, irrigation, and industrial processes. These fittings, feature threaded compression connections that ensure a tight, leak-free seal without the need for specialized equipment, making them both cost-effective and easy to install. MDPE wall flange compression fittings are used to connect pipes to flat surfaces, enhancing the versatility of the system. MDPE PN10 pipe fittings are engineered to withstand a maximum pressure of 10 bars (approximately 145 psi), ensuring the integrity of the piping system under various conditions. These fittings are not only durable, capable of withstanding harsh weather and mechanical stress, but also resistant to corrosion from chemicals and acids, which contributes to their longevity and reduces maintenance needs. Overall, MDPE fittings provide a reliable, versatile, and efficient solution for a wide range of piping applications. The Brass Nickel Plated Lever Valve BSPM – F Thread is engineered with robust and durable materials, ensuring long-lasting performance even in demanding environments. The valve's construction features high-quality brass, known for its strength and resistance to corrosion, making it ideal for various industrial and plumbing applications. The addition of a nickel-plated finish enhances its durability, offering an extra layer of protection against wear, tarnish, and environmental factors. This valve is equipped with a lever handle, designed to provide smooth and precise on/off control. The ergonomic design of the lever ensures comfortable operation, allowing users to easily regulate fluid flow with minimal effort. The lever mechanism is reliable, providing consistent performance over repeated use, making it an excellent choice for both residential and commercial installations. Geka type connectors, often referred to as "Geka type couplings" or "claw couplings," are robust, durable hose fittings widely used in various industrial, agricultural, and construction applications for connecting hoses and pipes. These connectors are renowned for their simplicity, efficiency, and secure sealing capabilities, making them ideal for transferring fluids such as water, air, and certain chemicals. The claw coupling benefits from a universal design which features symmetrical claws (or lugs) that interlock, allowing for a quick and easy connection. This universal design ensures compatibility across different hoses and pipes, regardless of the manufacturer. Furthermore, Geka type connectors are made from high-quality brass which has good corrosion resistance and durability in harsh environments. Geka style fittings are designed for quick and tool-free assembly and disassembly. Users can connect hoses with a simple twist, making the process fast and reducing downtime. Equipped with high-quality rubber seals, Geka connectors provide a watertight and airtight seal, preventing leaks and ensuring efficient fluid transfer. Suitable for a wide range of applications, including irrigation, firefighting, construction, and industrial cleaning. Their ability to handle various types of fluids enhances their versatility. This kit contains two Geka Type fittings. One has a Geka Type Claw inlet and 1/2" BSP Male outlet. The other has a Geka Type Claw inlet and 1/2" hose connector outlet. Please note, this kit is not sold with PTFE Tape. Tape will need to be purchased separately.
