WF20KIT048 This kit contains: 1 x MDPE Wall Flange 20mm – ½” BSP (MDPEWF20-12BSPF) 1 x Butterfly Valve ½” BSP (BRVALVEBIB12BSPM-F) 1 x Brass Straight Joiner 13mm – ½” BSP (BRSTR13B-12BSPM) MDPE (Medium-Density Polyethylene) fittings are essential components in piping systems, specifically designed for connecting MDPE pipes. Known for their durability, flexibility, and chemical resistance, MDPE fittings are widely used in applications such as water supply, irrigation, and industrial processes. These fittings, feature threaded compression connections that ensure a tight, leak-free seal without the need for specialized equipment, making them both cost-effective and easy to install. MDPE wall flange compression fittings are used to connect pipes to flat surfaces, enhancing the versatility of the system. MDPE PN10 pipe fittings are engineered to withstand a maximum pressure of 10 bars (approximately 145 psi), ensuring the integrity of the piping system under various conditions. These fittings are not only durable, capable of withstanding harsh weather and mechanical stress, but also resistant to corrosion from chemicals and acids, which contributes to their longevity and reduces maintenance needs. Overall, MDPE fittings provide a reliable, versatile, and efficient solution for a wide range of piping applications. The Brass Nickel Plated Butterfly Valve 1/2" BSPM-F is a robust and reliable valve designed for various fluid control applications. This valve features BSP (British Standard Pipe) threads, making it compatible with a wide range of piping systems. The valve's body is constructed from high-quality brass, which is nickel-plated to enhance its durability, corrosion resistance, and overall lifespan, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor installations. This butterfly valve is engineered with simplicity and ease of use in mind. Its design includes a straightforward twist on/off control mechanism, allowing users to quickly and efficiently regulate the flow of liquids through the system. The brass straight joiner fitting is an essential component for various plumbing and industrial applications, designed to provide a reliable connection between hose pipes and threaded fixtures. One end of this fitting features a barbed design, ensuring a secure grip on the hose pipe, preventing leaks and disconnections under pressure. The barbed end is specifically engineered to create a tight seal when the hose is attached, making it ideal for both low and high-pressure applications. The other end of the fitting has a British Standard Pipe (BSP) thread. Constructed from high-quality brass, this fitting is not only strong but also highly durable, capable of withstanding harsh environmental conditions and heavy use. Brass offers excellent resistance to corrosion, wear, and impact, ensuring a long service life even in demanding applications. Please note, this kit is not sold with PTFE Tape. Tape will need to be purchased separately.
