As one of the leading soft-bond adhesives in the wig and hair system market, it features a clear, non-yellowing formula designed to deliver reliable wear for extended hold times. 3–6 Week Hold Acrylic Adhesive Waterproof Clear Formula Features Strong acrylic wig adhesive Designed for 3–6 week hold times Waterproof formula Clear, non-yellowing finish Popular standard for soft-bond wig adhesives Great for lace wigs, hair systems, and long-wear installs Small bottle size can ship overnight and overseas Caution Flammable. Use with care. Do not apply without proper skin preparation and a safe adhesive remover. A scalp protectant and solvent remover are strongly recommended for safer wear and removal. Important: Ultra Hold is a very strong adhesive. Always perform a patch test before use, protect the skin with a scalp protectant, and keep an adhesive solvent nearby for safe removal. Avoid applying to irritated, broken, or sensitive skin. How to Use Clean the application area thoroughly and make sure the skin is dry and free of oil or debris. Apply a scalp protectant and allow it to dry completely. Apply a thin, even layer of Walker Ultra Hold Glue to the bonding area. Allow the adhesive to become tacky before placing the lace or hair system. For a stronger hold, apply thin layers rather than one thick layer, allowing each layer to set. Press the system into place and smooth gently using fingertips or the back of a comb. Avoid washing, wetting, combing, or heavy styling immediately after application. Best For Walker Ultra Hold Glue is best for clients who want a strong, long-lasting wig adhesive for lace wigs, hair systems, toupees, and extended-wear installs. It is ideal for experienced users or clients working with a stylist who understands proper adhesive application and safe removal. Use only as directed. Application Tips from Users Protect the skin first Users strongly recommend applying a scalp protectant before using Ultra Hold and keeping a solvent remover nearby for safe removal. Use thin layers A thinner adhesive line can help create a more natural-looking application, especially along the lace hairline. Allow proper tack time Many users prefer waiting until the adhesive feels very tacky but does not transfer to the finger before attaching the unit. Avoid immediate styling After attaching the unit, allow the glue time to adhere before combing, styling, or manipulating the hair system. Use careful cleanup This adhesive can be messy and stringy. Cotton swabs and a safe remover can help clean excess adhesive during application and removal. Removal Reminder Do not pull the system off without using a proper adhesive remover. Saturate the bonded area with a compatible solvent, allow the adhesive to loosen, then gently remove the unit. Shampoo and rinse the system and scalp thoroughly after removal.
