IN STOCK & SAME DAY DISPATCH 🚚 DESCRIPTION When training our lower body, many of us focus on quad dominant exercises such as squats and lunges, and undertrain the posterior chain (the back side of our body including the hamstrings, glutes and lower back). The GHD is unmatched when it comes to targeting the posterior chain to develop power, strength and to help prevent injury. Developing the hamstrings and glutes increases jumping and sprinting performance, and is correlated with a lower risk of ACL injury. You can also use the GHD to develop your core and hip flexors by performing GHD sit-ups. The VULCAN GHD includes a number of great features. Features: Quick and easy vertical and horizontal adjustments to the foot plate A mounting plate, which makes it easy to get on and off the GHD Band pegs to enable the use of resistance bands Wheels attached to the base to allow the GHD to be moved easily 66kg total weight, heavy construction for increased stability
