Veyora Geometric is a sculptural target rug, concentric navy and ivory rings nesting inside an egg-shaped silhouette that fades into a soft blue base. Product Details Construction: Hand Tufted Material: 100% New Zealand Wool Colour: Navy, Ivory, Blue Pattern: Concentric ring medallion Format: Irregular Style: Modern, Contemporary Made in: Bhadohi, Uttar Pradesh, India Veyora Geometric nests deep navy and ivory rings inside one another like a target or a partial eclipse, set within an irregular, egg-shaped outline that softens into a lighter blue toward the base. The non-rectangular silhouette gives the rug a sculptural presence a standard rectangle wouldn't have, while the high-contrast rings keep the eye drawn to the centre. Hand tufted with a dense, even pile, Veyora Geometric works as a bold, graphic anchor in a room built around clean, modern furniture. Frequently Asked Questions What is a hand-tufted rug, and how is it made? Wool is punched through a stretched canvas backing by hand using a tufting gun, following a pre-drawn design. A layer of latex is applied underneath to lock the fibres in place, then a fabric backing is added for stability. Why is the rug egg-shaped instead of rectangular? The irregular, egg-shaped outline is cut to follow the concentric ring design itself, giving the rug a sculptural, non-rectangular silhouette rather than a standard four-sided shape. Is shedding normal on a new hand-tufted rug? Yes - some loose fibre shedding in the first few months is normal for wool pile and settles down with regular vacuuming. How do I clean and maintain it? Vacuum on suction only, without a rotating brush or beater bar. Blot spills immediately with a dry cloth rather than rubbing, avoid harsh chemicals, and bring in a professional cleaner periodically. What is the pile material? 100% New Zealand wool. Which room suits this rug best? Living rooms and studies - the bold navy rings work well as a graphic anchor in a room with clean, modern furniture.
