Explore the comprehensive efficiency of Velda Pond Plant Repotting Kits, engineered for the optimal maintenance and repotting of pond periphery plants. These kits provide all the essentials required for healthy plant growth, designed for both small and large scale pond setups. The Velda Pond Soil is a distinct mix designed to optimise water circulation and prevent acidification, promoting robust root and plant growth. Its composition ensures minimal organic components, effectively facilitating the healthy development of water lilies and marsh plants. For best results, maintain a minimum soil layer of 15 cm thickness and utilise a covering of fine-grained substrate or washed gravel to prevent water turbidity. Complementing this, Velda Pond Gravel provides an inert medium free from harmful substances, making it particularly suitable for adding a decorative touch or for practical use in garden ponds. Its fine diameter ensures stability and prevents soil displacement into the pond water. Hessian Squares offer efficient separation between the planting medium and container, effectively preventing soil leaching and maintaining water clarity. Velda Growth Balls serve as a targeted nutrient source, directly fostering the lush growth of water lilies and marsh plants by delivering essential minerals and trace elements to the roots. Aquacadabra recommends the use of Velda Cloth Liners with plastic plant baskets to secure soil content and further enhance plant stability in aquatic environments. These meticulously composed components collectively ensure the biological balance in ponds, encouraging healthy plant growth and maintaining clear water conditions.
