Powerlon VCLs are polyethylene based vapour control membranes with a mono filament reinforcement scrim to provide sufficient tensile strength in wall and roof insulations. Air and Vapour Control Layers (AVCLs) ensure that the building envelope is properly sealed to control ventilation and prevent heat loss in compliance with Building Regulations Part L. Installed on the warm side of insulation, AVCLs protect insulates from interstitial condensation. Key Features Mid range air and vapour control layer CE certificate Impermeable air barrier to increase air tightness Reinforcement scrim provides sufficient strength for wall and ceiling applications Suitable for all general builds. Protects insulates from interstitial condensation Water vapour resistance 336 MNs/g Installed on the warm side of insulation
