The Kenyan Collection - The Wave Beaded Dog Collar Introducing The Wave Beaded Dog Collar: Featuring varying shades of blue set against black leather, with beadwork that elegantly mimics the dynamic movement of ocean waves. Its design captures the essence of the sea, infusing a touch of coastal elegance into your dog's style. Sizing instructions: https://www.thekenyancollection.com/pages/sizing-instructions Each dog collar is available in four different widths to suit your pet's comfort and style: Narrow: 1/2" wide Standard: 3/4" wide Wide: 1" wide Lurcher: 2" wide, tapering to 3/4" at the buckle Each creation is meticulously handcrafted by skilled Maasai Mamas using premium, durable leather, with hand-cast buckles and clasps. Crafting one collar takes a Maasai Mama about a day, while a belt requires two days of dedicated beading. The beads are carefully hand-sewn onto the first layer of leather, followed by the addition of high-quality hardware and a second leather layer, which is glued and stitched for added softness and durability. Our Maasai Mamas are encouraged to infuse each piece with their personal artistic touch, preserving the rich heritage and cultural integrity of their work. This commitment to individuality means that slight variations in design are part of the charm and uniqueness of each item, ensuring that no two are ever the same. The Significance of Color: Blue - Represents the color of the sky that provides water, energy, and sustenance for the Maasai Tribe and their livestock. White: Reflects the purity and nourishment provided by cow’s milk, representing health and vitality. Our Products are more than just accessories—they are crafted to be cherished and enjoyed.
