Playing an attractive, possession-based style, the Swans impressed in the Premier League, finishing 9th—an excellent achievement for only their second season in the top flight. The club celebrated its centenary, and to mark the occasion released a new crest. In keeping with the centenary theme. The highlight came in February 2013 when Swansea won their first major trophy: the League Cup. They triumphed 5-0 over Bradford City at Wembley, with goals from Nathan Dyer and Jonathan de Guzmán, and standout performances throughout the competition. Michu, signed for a bargain £2 million, was a revelation, scoring 18 league goals and becoming a fan favorite. Laudrup’s tactical acumen and key signings like Chico Flores and Pablo Hernández strengthened the squad. Swansea also earned a spot in the 2013/14 Europa League through their cup victory. The season marked a high point in the club’s modern history, combining style, substance, and silverware in one unforgettable year. Swansea City’s 2012/13 away jersey featured a bold red and green design, reflecting the Welsh national colors. Manufactured by Adidas, it had gold trim and the 32Red sponsor logo prominently displayed. Note: These jerseys are authentic.
