Supreme SP-RJ7K – 7,000 LB Rolling Jack The warranty is the spec sheet: 5 years structural, 3 years hydraulic and electrical, 1 year parts Most rolling jacks are sold on capacity and nothing else. Supreme publishes something more useful about the SP-RJ7K — a warranty split into three named tiers rather than a single vague headline. A 5-year structural warranty covers the frame. A 3-year warranty covers the hydraulic and electrical components, which is where a jack that lives under vehicles actually fails. A 1-year parts warranty covers everything else from day one. A manufacturer willing to write down which subsystem gets which term is telling you something a capacity figure cannot. The jack itself is a 7,000 lbs air/hydraulic bridge that turns a four-post parking lift into a service lift: raise one axle at a time for wheel, brake and suspension work without ever taking the vehicle back off the runways. Will It Fit? A rolling jack lives between the runways of a four-post lift, so fit is about your existing lift rather than your building. Lift compatibility. The SP-RJ7K is stated to integrate with Supreme four-post lifts, including the SP-85P, SP-11P and SP-12G, with no adaptors or modifications required. If you are running a Supreme four-post — for example the SP-85P parking lift — this is the matched jack for it. Working range. Minimum height 7.25", maximum lifting height 17.75". The low figure is what determines whether the jack rolls under a low-slung car sitting on the runways; the high one is how far you can get a wheel off the ground once you are there. Length along the runway. 23.75", which is the space it occupies fore-and-aft and therefore how easily you can leave it parked at one end while the lift is used for something else. Air supply. It is air/hydraulic and runs from your existing compressed-air supply. No pressure or flow requirement is published, so if your compressor is marginal, ask us before ordering. Width across the runways. Two figures are published for width — see the note below before you order. This is the dimension that decides whether the jack fits your lift, so please do not skip it. Checking the jack against your specific lift is the buyer's responsibility, and it is a conversation we are happy to have first. Tell us the make and model of the four-post you own and we will confirm the fit. Why a rolling jack changes what a parking lift is A four-post lift is superb at holding a car and poor at letting the wheels hang. The tyres sit on the runways, which is the whole point when you are storing a vehicle and precisely the problem when you want to pull a brake rotor. The usual workaround — lower the lift, drive off, jack the car on the floor — turns a twenty-minute job into an hour and takes the bay out of use. A bridge jack removes that entirely. It rolls along the runways, positions under the axle or the frame lift points, and takes one end of the car off the deck while the four-post keeps holding everything else. Wheel-off work, brake service, suspension and driveline jobs all become possible on a lift that was bought for parking. In a dealership or fleet bay that is a bay converted from storage to production; at home it is the difference between owning a lift and owning a car park. Air/hydraulic, and why that suits this job The SP-RJ7K raises on air-driven hydraulics rather than an electric power unit. On a jack this matters more than on a lift: the thing is meant to roll freely along the runways and be repositioned constantly, so a trailing air line is a far more forgiving tether than a mains cable, and there is no motor to add mass to something you push by hand. It also means the jack draws from a supply most shops already have, with nothing added to the electrical installation. Supreme pairs that with precision rollers and a low-profile frame, both aimed at the same practical problem — aligning the saddles under the lift points without wrestling the jack into place while bent double under a car. Perfect For Dealership and fleet bays where four-post lifts are already installed and wheel-off work is constant. Performance and restoration shops doing brake, suspension and driveline work on cars that live on the lift for days. Tyre and brake service — the single job a four-post lift cannot do unaided, and the one this jack exists for. The advanced home garage that already owns a four-post and has hit its limits. What's in the Box The listing describes the SP-RJ7K as a complete air/hydraulic rolling jack with a powder-coated heavy-duty steel frame and precision rollers. Two things it does not claim: No air compressor, hose or fittings are listed as supplied — external air is required. No adaptors are listed, and none are said to be needed for the Supreme four-post lifts named above. If you want saddle pads or extension blocks for a particular vehicle's lift points, ask before you order. Specifications Capacity and operation Lifting capacity 7,000 lbs Operation Air/hydraulic — external air required Frame Powder-coated heavy-duty steel Dimensions Minimum height 7.25" Maximum lifting height 17.75" Outside length 23.75" Width see the note below Warranty Structural 5-year Hydraulic and electrical 3-year All other parts 1-year Two measurements to confirm before you order Published figures for this jack differ on two measurements. Both are set out below exactly as they are recorded. Figure Recorded as What to check Overall width 45.75" The inside figure is recorded as the larger of the two, so confirm which one spans your runways before you order. Width is the dimension that decides whether the jack fits your lift. Inside width 52.75" Maximum lifting height 17.75" The lower figure is corroborated by two independent sources; a third field records the larger one as "max rise". Confirm which measurement applies to the working height you need. Max rise 22.75" If either the width across your runways or the working height under a raised axle is what your purchase turns on, contact us and we will get the figure confirmed by Supreme in writing before you order. Certification No third-party safety listing is claimed in this product's data, and none is implied here. The distinction that matters to a buyer is between an independent body testing and auditing a design against published criteria, and a manufacturer stating conformity on its own account — they are different documents carrying different weight. Neither is recorded for this jack. If an insurer, a lease or an inspection regime requires the independent kind, establish exactly what they want and ask us for it before purchase. Shipping and Delivery The SP-RJ7K ships as palletised freight to the lower 48 states. This item ships free, so there is nothing to add at checkout. Even though a rolling jack is small next to a lift, it is dense steel and it arrives on a truck with no unloading help included. Have a forklift, a dock or enough hands ready, or take terminal pickup and collect it. Residential delivery is available and carries a residential fee. Inspect it against the bill of lading before you sign. Look for bent saddle arms, damaged rollers, a struck frame and any sign of hydraulic weeping, and write what you find on the paperwork with the driver still there. Warranty Covered by Supreme's tiered warranty as set out above: 5-year structural, 3-year hydraulic and electrical, 1-year on all other parts. Our warranty claims page explains how to open a claim. One point that protects all three tiers: do not disassemble a failed component before the claim is raised. An opened cylinder or valve is normally treated as tampering, and it can end cover that would otherwise have replaced the part outright. Photograph it, leave it intact, and call us.
