Solis IntelliHome 16kWh - 128kWh LiFePO₄ Battery System Begin with 16kWh of low-voltage battery storage and expand to a maximum nominal 128kWh with up to eight IntelliHome 16kWh batteries in parallel. IP66-rated LiFePO₄ battery with 100% depth of discharge, suitable for wall- or floor-mounted compatible Solis energy-storage systems. Designed to store surplus solar generation for later use in homes, workshops, small commercial premises and specified backup-power systems. Solis IntelliHome 16kWh battery The Solis IntelliHome 16kWh is a low-voltage LiFePO₄ battery for compatible Solis hybrid inverter systems. A single battery provides 16kWh nominal capacity, while parallel installation of up to eight matching units allows a battery bank of up to 128kWh nominal capacity. It provides a scalable route for storing solar energy for evening, overnight or high-tariff periods. It is not a standalone power source: a compatible inverter, correctly rated DC protection, cabling, commissioning and professionally designed installation are required. Key features 16kWh nominal LiFePO₄ battery capacity, with up to eight batteries supported in parallel. 44.8–57.6V operating voltage and 314Ah rated cell capacity. 157A recommended charge/discharge current and 157A maximum sustainable charge/discharge current. IP66 enclosure with natural cooling, CAN and RS485 communications. More than 6,000 cycles / 10-year cycle-life specification under the stated manufacturer test conditions. Where to use Solar self-consumption systems using a compatible Solis low-voltage hybrid inverter. Workshops, small warehouses, commercial units and offices that want to retain more on-site solar generation. Sites where storage capacity is expected to increase in phases, rather than being installed in one large bank. Essential-load or backup-power systems where supported by the selected inverter and electrical system design. For example, one 16kWh battery can form the initial storage capacity for a solar-equipped workshop. Additional matching batteries may be added as demand grows, provided that the inverter, battery-bank architecture and site load profile have been checked.
