Originally designed as a training tool for cross country skiers, the Concept2 SkiErg® has been embraced by the fitness community for its ability to work legs, core and arms in a smooth, continuous motion. Great for all athletes at all levels—you don’t have to be a skier to reap the benefits of the SkiErg’s total body exercise. With the same flywheel and Performance Monitor as our RowErgs and the BikeErg, the SkiErg offers a quality workout that will build your strength and endurance. Our SkiErg is easily adapted to those with lower body limitations or injuries and will deliver complete cardiovascular training, working your core and upper body from a seated position, whether from a stool, chair or wheelchair. Tough and built to last, our machines withstand rigorous use in gyms and homes around the world. And like the RowErg and BikeErg, we make sure our SkiErg is easy to care for so you can focus on using it, not maintaining it. Whether you’re an elite cross-country skier looking to improve your power, or someone looking for a great workout, the SkiErg will help you achieve your goals. Performance Monitor The Performance Monitor is what sets the Concept2 SkiErg apart from other cross-country training devices: packed with features yet easy to use, it allows you to accurately assess your output, monitor your progress, and compare your scores with others. Each SkiErg comes with our most advanced Performance Monitor, the PM5. Get Connected The PM5 monitor has both Bluetooth and ANT+ wireless connectivity, allowing it to connect to many heart rate belts, fitness devices and apps. Our free Concept2 ErgData app helps you track your workouts and can sync with the Concept2 Online Logbook. Third party apps can provide additional features to help keep you motivated.
