Increase engraving efficiency with Orion Motor Tech’s precision-engineered silicon gold-coated mirrors! This set of 3 high-transmittance gold-coated silicon mirrors replaces worn or less precise mirrors in any standard CO2 laser engraver cutter machine from K40 boxes to 200W industrial equipment. Our new generation of Si laser mirrors is manufactured to offer superior scratch and heat resistance with greater than 99.2% reflectivity for infrared light at the critical 10.6-micron wavelength. This set is vacuum packed at the factory and carefully shipped to prevent any damage or oxidation on its way to your home or workshop Replace all your engraver’s used mirrors in one go with this 3 pack of Si mirrors and your engraving work will be easier than ever before! Features: PRECISION MIRRORS: OMTech's new generation of silicon engraving mirrors are gold coated, 20mm/25mm across and 3mm thick, and offer λ/4 flatness for exceptional optical performance. HIGH REFLECTIVITY: These Si mirrors are specially engineered and coated to achieve more than 99.2% reflectivity of infrared light at the critical 10600nm wavelength, minimizing transmission power loss along the optical beam path. LASTING DURABILITY: Our laser mirrors' dependable silicon construction provides superior scratch resistance, allowing safe polishing and ensuring an extended service life. WIDE COMPATIBILITY: This set of high-transmittance mirrors also offers superior heat resistance to work with a wide range of laser engravers, etchers, markers, and cutters from desktops to powerful 200W industrial engraving equipment. We offer a 1-year warranty on all mirror sets. Certifications: FDA Compliant CE Certification ISO9001 Quality Certification Summary: It is all smoke and mirrors! As you engrave, debris such as smoke and dust land on your mirrors, building up a layer of residue over time that absorbs laser beam power and can stain the mirrors permanently. Eventually, this lost power will affect your machine’s precision and throw off your laser settings. To keep your device running at its full potential, we recommend inspecting and cleaning the optics system once a week and replacing the mirrors or focal lens as soon they get damaged.
