Schulz SRP 4015 Dynamic — 15 HP Screw Compressor Wired for 208-230 Volt Three-PhaseBuyers choose this listing for one reason, and it is not the output. It is the supply voltage. The SRP 4015 Dynamic exists in more than one electrical configuration, and this is the 208-230 Volt three-phase build — the low-voltage three-phase service that independent workshops, unit-estate premises and converted commercial buildings usually already have on the wall.Get that right and the compressor is simply a compressor. Get it wrong and a 15 HP machine becomes a service upgrade, a transformer, or an expensive stalemate with the utility. Everything else here is the same proposition: 51 CFM at 125 PSI, a continuous 100% duty cycle, an oil-injected belt-driven screw air end on a 120-gallon horizontal ASME receiver, all inside a sound-attenuated cabinet rated at 69 dB(A).Why the voltage line is the specification to check firstAlmost every other number on a compressor page can be worked around after delivery. A tank is a tank, a footprint can be rearranged, an air line can be re-run. The supply cannot. A three-phase motor is wound for a voltage band, and connecting it outside that band is not a matter of degree — it is a different machine. The trade between the two common three-phase supplies is worth understanding before you order. For the same work, the lower-voltage build draws more current, which means heavier conductors and a larger breaker; the higher-voltage build draws less, with lighter cable, but only exists usefully if that supply is already in the building. Neither is better in the abstract. What matters is what your panel has and what your run length is.Schulz declines to publish a specific amp draw or breaker size for this model, recording both as "consult a certified electrician". That is the responsible answer rather than a gap in the data, because the correct conductor depends on distance and on local code. What it means for you is a firm order of operations: identify the supply in your building, then confirm it against this listing, then have your electrician size the circuit. Doing that is the customer's responsibility, and doing it before the order rather than after the delivery is what keeps a machine off the pallet and on the floor. The enclosure, in one paragraphThis is a cabinet model. The sound-attenuated housing brings it to 69 dB(A), and Schulz publishes an ambient operating ceiling of 113 °F, so the machine tolerates being put somewhere convenient — a corner of the workshop, a warm store, an unconditioned back bay — rather than requiring a room built for it. The cabinet also keeps airborne shop dirt away from the cooler and the drive.Output you can actually plan withThe 100% duty cycle is the specification that separates a screw from the piston machine it usually replaces. A reciprocating compressor is rated to run for part of each hour and to rest for the remainder, so its badge figure is a peak. This air end is rated to run continuously, which makes 51 CFM at 125 PSI a genuine planning number for sizing an air system rather than a best case.A 120-gallon receiver sits under it, which is generous storage for the output and gives the machine long, unhurried load cycles instead of constant loading and unloading. The air end is oil lubricated with a sight glass, so the routine check is a glance at the level.Control and starting protectionOperation runs through a 24 Volt microprocessor controller: adjustable parameters, a constant readout of what the machine is doing, and a fault display that makes troubleshooting a reading exercise rather than a guessing one. The automatic starter includes phase and sequence failure detection, which matters on any three-phase screw — if two phases are crossed the air end turns backwards, and a reversed screw unit can be destroyed almost immediately. The starter simply refuses to run. A magnetic starter is fitted as standard. Will It Fit?The compressor and receiver form a single 2-in-1 assembly, so there is one item to position and no interconnecting pipework to commission. It measures 58.5" long, 27.6" wide and 39.8" tall, and weighs 639 lbs, with a 3/4" tank outlet.Put it on a flat, sound floor — that weight rests on the mounting feet, and a slab that dips will let them work loose over time. Allow clearance for the cabinet's cooling airflow and for the panels to be opened for service; an enclosure you cannot get into is a liability rather than a feature.Perfect For Independent shops on 208-230 Volt three-phase — the reason this specific listing exists. Buildings where a service upgrade is not on the table and the compressor has to suit the supply. Multi-bay workshops running air tools continuously rather than in short bursts. Premises with no separate plant room, where the enclosure earns its cost every day. Anyone replacing a piston compressor that could never keep up with two people working at once. What's in the BoxOne factory-built unit comprising the rotary screw air end, the TEFC IP55 electric motor, a magnetic starter with phase and sequence failure detection, the 24 Volt microprocessor controller, the sound-attenuated cabinet, the 120-gallon horizontal ASME receiver it is mounted on, an oil sight glass and a 3/4" tank outlet. Not part of the package: the product data records no air dryer and no electronic drain valve on this model. Drainage routine, air treatment, distribution pipework and the electrical connection are all separate.SpecificationsSupply and control Supply 208-230 Volt, 3-phase Motor 15 HP, TEFC, IP55 Control circuit 24 Volt microprocessor controller Starter Magnetic, with phase and sequence failure detection Amps and breaker Recorded as "consult a certified electrician" Air end Type Rotary screw, oil-injected, belt drive Delivery 51 CFM at 125 PSI Max pressure 125 PSI Duty Continuous 100% Lubrication Oil lubricated, sight glass fitted Receiver, size and environment Receiver 120-gallon horizontal, ASME certified, 2-in-1 tank-mounted Outlet 3/4" Overall 58.5" × 27.6" × 39.8" Weight 639 lbs Sound 69 dB(A) Ambient ceiling 113 °F Dryer / electronic drain Not fitted Certification, in plain termsThe receiver holds an ASME certification: the vessel is manufactured and stamped to a recognised pressure-vessel code. For a tank operating at 125 PSI inside a building where people work, that is the assurance with real weight behind it, and it is the one this product's data supports.Nothing in that data records an independent third-party listing for the assembled machine — the motor, starter, controller and cabinet examined together as a single product. A tank stamp is a separate document and does not stand in for one, and we would rather state that than allow the two to blur. Certain insurers, corporate facilities standards and local electrical inspectors ask specifically for that listing on permanently wired equipment. If yours is one of them, contact us before ordering and we will confirm in writing what documentation is available.FreightSent as palletised freight throughout the lower 48 states, with the cost calculated live at checkout for the address you supply instead of drawn from a rate table.Have the unloading solved before you order. Freight carriers deliver to the back of the trailer and no further, and 639 lbs is a forklift or loading-dock job, or a pallet jack on level, hard ground. Where a site has none of those, terminal pickup lets you collect the machine from the carrier's depot instead. Deliveries to home addresses count as residential and carry a residential fee. Our Schulz pickup point at Acworth, Georgia is a further option.Inspect the pallet while the driver waits, and record any damage on the bill of lading before signing. A clean signature makes a later claim very difficult.WarrantyThe model carries a 12-month warranty, listed in the specification block as 1 Year consumer and 1 Year commercial. To protect it, leave a faulty machine intact. Once a screw air end has been opened up, the order of events cannot be established and the claim generally collapses. Reach us on 866-774-7743, describe what the machine is doing, and let it be examined as a complete unit.
