Build Your Own Arduino-controlled Robot (Code Provided): Robotics can be a difficult hobby to jump into, but the Arduino and the 4WD Robot Platform make it easy for you to build an awesome robot without a struggle! By utilizing some Arduino components, this combo makes it easy for you to learn the basics of robotics, applications of the Arduino, and the process of building something awesome to show your family and friends. This can also be a fun toy! This combo encourages creative thinking, if you are good at programming, you can make it a remote-controlled car or an autonomous robot by adding some sensors or webcam at your favor! SainSmart MEGA2560 R3 In addition to all the features of the previous board, the MEGA now uses an ATMega16U2 instead of the ATMega8U2 chip. This allows for faster transfer rates and more memory. No drivers needed for Linux or Mac (inf file for Windows is needed and included in the Arduino IDE), and the ability to have the Uno show up as a keyboard, mouse, joystick, etc. Features: 1.0 pinout: added SDA and SCL pins that are near to the AREF pin and two other new pins placed near to the RESET pin, the IOREF that allow the shields to adapt to the voltage provided from the board. In future, shields will be compatible both with the board that use the AVR, which operate with 5V and with the Arduino Due that operate with 3.3V. The second one is a not connected pin, that is reserved for future purposes. Stronger RESET circuit. Atmega 16U2 replace the 8U2. Description: Microcontroller ATmega2560 Operating Voltage 5V Input Voltage (recommended) 7-12V Input Voltage (limits) 6-20V Digital I/O Pins 54 (of which 15 provide PWM output) Analog Input Pins 16 DC Current per I/O Pin 40 mA DC Current for 3.3V Pin 50 mA Flash Memory 256 KB of which 8 KB used by bootloader SRAM 8 KB EEPROM 4 KB Clock Speed 16 MHz SainSmart 3.2 TFT LCD Display SainSmart Sensor Shield V5 (new version) has the COM and I2C (IIC) ports separated,so that both ports can be utilized at the same time to increase the possibilities of use.Arduino Sensor Shield allows you to connect to various modules like sensors, servos, relays, buttons, potentiometers and so on.Just plug & play. Each functional module has buckled port with VCC, GND and Output, which has corresponding port on the Sensor Shield, connected with a plain 2.54mm dual-female cable you may start playing already. SainSmart 4WD Mobile Robot Platform: 2012 latest 4WD aluminum mobile robot platform. Hold many controllers, drivers, sensors and RF modules etc. Supports plate with controller mounting holes, 2 dof pan. Tilt holds down groove, collision switch mounting hole, can be added with sensors. Elastic rubber tires. Damping, gripping, and wear-resisting. Light weight, high strength and no deformation characteristics. Unique design and color, cool feeling.
