A useful weekly polishing step — particularly before applying body cream or self-tan, where smoother skin gives a more even result. How to use Use one to two times a week on damp skin in the shower or bath. Massage a generous handful of scrub across the body in circular motions, focusing on rough areas — elbows, knees, shins. Avoid the face, eye area and any irritated or broken skin. Rinse thoroughly with warm water. Pat dry and follow with a matching Karma body cream, oil or lotion for fully nourished skin.
