Key features: Comprehensive all-in-one design: The RIIO SUN II integrates multiple functionalities into a compact unit, including a pure sine wave inverter, an advanced MPPT solar charge controller, and an efficient AC battery charger. This streamlined design simplifies installation while optimising performance across various applications. High surge capacity: Engineered to handle significant surge loads, the RIIO SUN II ensures uninterrupted operation of essential appliances during outages. Its rapid 4ms transfer switch guarantees a smooth transition to battery power for critical systems. Enhanced flexibility: The RIIO SUN II supports parallel configurations, allowing up to 3 units for single-phase setups or up to 9 units for three-phase applications, delivering a maximum output of 72KVA. This makes it ideal for larger installations requiring higher power output. Dual MPPT technology: Equipped with two MPPT trackers, the inverter enables flexible system design, allowing for efficient energy harvesting from multiple solar arrays. With a maximum PV open-circuit voltage of up to 250V, it maximises energy yields, ensuring reliable and consistent performance across a range of installation scenarios. ESS capabilities: The inverter integrates seamlessly with the E4 LCD Monitor and IC-METER (available on request), unlocking advanced ESS features. These enable peak shaving, time-of-use energy management, and maximised self-consumption, helping to lower electricity bills. 50A transfer switch: The built-in AC transfer switch, rated at up to 50A, allows up to 11.5kW of power to pass through from the AC input in bypass mode. Additional intelligent features: AGS functionality: The Automatic Generator Start (AGS) activates the generator only when necessary, optimising fuel consumption and energy use. Power assist and control: Power assist supplements small generator capacity to handle heavy loads, while power control ensures the generator operates at optimal efficiency, reducing fuel consumption. User-friendly monitoring: The Nova Web and mobile app, accessible via the TBB-KIN2 Kinergy-II Wi-Fi module, enable remote monitoring and adjustments from anywhere. Reliable operation: Features a 4ms ultra-fast switch to battery power for immediate response during interruptions, alongside an ECO Mode for extended backup time and low self-consumption. Superior efficiency: Achieves up to 98% MPPT efficiency and 91% inverter efficiency, ensuring maximum energy capture and utilisation. Easy operation & maintenance: The all-in-one design simplifies installation and maintenance. Automatic restart upon PV or AC power restoration ensures consistent energy availability. Delivery: FREE 2-3 WORKING DAYS' shipping if ordered by 5PM on a working day (longer to the Scottish Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland).
