What This Kit Does The EasyPro Retrofit Blower add-on kit transforms your existing 2" bead filter into a pressurized system. This upgrade lets you clean filter media without stopping water flow to your pond, reducing maintenance downtime and extending filter life. Key Features Designed specifically for 2" bead filters Easy retrofit installation on existing systems Pressurized backwash capability Reduces manual cleaning frequency Why Upgrade Your Filter Bead filters work best when media stays clean. Without a blower, debris accumulates and reduces efficiency. This kit adds air-assisted cleaning, keeping beads agitated and preventing compaction. Your filter maintains better water clarity and your pump runs more efficiently. Installation Considerations This is a retrofit kit, meaning it attaches to filters already in use. Verify your filter has a 2" connection before ordering. Installation typically requires basic plumbing knowledge and standard tools. Maintenance Benefits Without Blower With Blower Kit Manual media cleaning required frequently Automated air-assisted cleaning System downtime during maintenance Clean while running Faster media degradation Extended media lifespan
