Rajah Whole Jeera Seed 100g Ingredients: 100g Flour, 1tsp Lemon Juice, 1/2 tsp Salt, Large Onion – finely sliced, 1tbs Coriander Leaves, 1tsp Cumin Powder, 1/2 tsp Turmeric, 1tsp Garlic Powder, 1tsp Garam Masala, 1 tsp Roasted Cumin Seeds, 1tsp Chilli Powder. Method: Mix flour, lemon juice, salt and spices with enough water to make a paste. Leave for 10 minutes. Pre-heat deep frier to 190C / 375F. Add onion and coriander to paste, mix well. Separate into quarters and ease into frier. Fry for 5-8 minutes then turn over and continue. After further 4 minutes they should be a deep golden colour and cooked through. Remove and shake off excess oil. Ensure fully cooked before serving.
