Take your lower-body training further without taking up the floor space of a standalone belt squat machine. The SuperStrong Rack-Mounted Belt Squat attaches directly to a compatible rack or rig, giving you a heavy-duty, plate-loaded setup for belt squats, calf raises, marches and a wide range of lower-body exercises. By loading through a belt around the hips rather than across the shoulders, the belt squat allows you to train the quads, glutes and hamstrings hard while reducing axial loading through the upper body compared with traditional barbell squats. It’s ideal for adding extra leg volume, working around shoulder limitations or simply introducing another powerful movement into your training. The integrated kickstand holds the arm in a raised position while you get into place. Once you're connected to the belt, lift slightly to release the stand and begin your set. This makes getting in and out of position much easier, particularly when training with heavier loads. Built from heavy-duty steel for serious home, PT studio and commercial gym use, the rack-mounted design also means you can add a full belt squat station without sacrificing valuable gym floor space.
