Replacement UV Transformer for PondMax PF750 Pressure Filter The PondMax Replacement 9W UV Transformer restores power supply function to the UV clarifier in a PondMax PF750 / PF1000 Pressure Filter when the original transformer has failed. The transformer converts 120V AC power from the wall outlet to the correct low voltage needed to operate the UV-C lamp safely in a wet pond environment. Safe Low-Voltage Power for Your UV Clarifier UV clarifier transformers operate in outdoor, moisture-exposed environments and are subject to wear from UV exposure, temperature cycling, and seasonal use. When the transformer fails, the UV lamp stops operating and green water algae will begin to re-establish within days. Replacing the transformer (rather than the entire filter) restores UV function quickly using the original lamp and quartz sleeve. This transformer is sized specifically for the 9W UV lamp used in the PF750. Compatible With PondMax PF750 / PF1000 Pressure Filter Output Powers 9W UV-C lamp Input 120V AC, 60Hz Use Replace when UV lamp is not operating despite a functional lamp How to Use Disconnect all power to the filter before servicing. Identify the transformer housing on the UV module of the PF750 and disconnect the wiring connections following the filter manual. Connect the replacement transformer to the UV lamp leads in the same configuration. Verify the lamp lights before reassembling the UV chamber housing. Test for 24 hours to confirm the UV indicator is active before assuming green water control is restored. Ideal for PF750 owners whose UV lamp is confirmed working but whose filter UV indicator no longer activates, indicating a transformer fault rather than a lamp failure.
