The T30 Automatic Rotary Drum Pond Filter is a large-scale, semi-commercial pond filtration system purpose-built for high-volume koi ponds, professional aquaculture farms, and demanding freshwater environments up to 7,194 gallons (30 tons). At the top of the T-series lineup, the T30 delivers a powerful 8,070 GPH of continuous mechanical micro-filtration and biochemical biological filtration — driven by a 90W motor — with fully automatic self-cleaning backwash that operates 24/7 without any manual intervention. Water enters the 316 food-grade stainless steel rotary drum filter screen axially through the DN100 (4-inch) inlet and flows radially through the precision mesh, capturing all suspended particles ≥50 μm — including fish waste, fine sediment, floating algae, and organic debris. As impurities accumulate on the screen surface, the intelligent automatic water-level control system activates a timed high-pressure backwash cycle: the drum rotates continuously as pressurized nozzles flush all trapped impurities directly to the DN65 (2.5-inch) sewage outlet for hands-free discharge. Once the time relay cycle completes, the system automatically resets to full filtration mode — no manual reset needed. Constructed from food-grade PP material rated for 10+ years of permanent outdoor installation, the T30 is engineered to withstand year-round sun, rain, heat, and corrosive conditions without any loss of performance or structural integrity. Its inclined-bottom chamber design eliminates all dead zones and guarantees complete sewage evacuation with every backwash cycle. The integrated biochemical filtration stage rapidly cultivates and sustains colonies of beneficial nitrifying bacteria, establishing a robust biological filtration cycle that maintains long-term water clarity — even under high fish stocking densities. The integrated buffer pool design ensures a fully sealed inlet connection, preventing any bypass of unfiltered suspended matter into the clean water output — a critical reliability feature for large koi collections and commercial aquaculture operations where water quality directly impacts fish health and yield.
