The BTS-10 Automatic Drum Micro Filter is a mid-scale, professional-grade pond filtration system engineered for koi ponds, aquaculture farms, and freshwater environments up to 2,500 gallons (10 tons). Bridging the gap between compact hobbyist units and large commercial systems, it combines mechanical micro-filtration, biochemical biological filtration, and UV20W sterilization into one fully integrated, low-maintenance unit — delivering consistently clear, healthy water around the clock. At the core of the system is a 316 food-grade stainless steel drum filter screen that captures suspended particles ≥50 μm — including fish waste, fine sediment, floating algae, and organic matter. When debris accumulates on the screen, the intelligent automatic water-level control system activates a high-pressure self-backwash cycle: the drum rotates as pressurized nozzles continuously flush impurities into the sewage outlet for direct discharge — completely hands-free. Built from durable, UV-resistant food-grade PP material rated for 10+ years of outdoor use, the BTS-10 handles year-round sun, rain, heat, and corrosion without degradation. Its inclined-bottom chamber design eliminates dead zones and ensures complete sewage drainage, while the integrated biochemical filtration warehouse rapidly cultivates beneficial nitrifying bacteria for a stable, long-term nitrification cycle. Key Features:• Automatic self-cleaning drum filter — smart water-level triggered backwash system• 316 stainless steel micro-filter screen — intercepts particles ≥50 μm• UV20W sterilization — neutralizes bacteria, algae, and waterborne pathogens• Biochemical filtration chamber — establishes and sustains beneficial bacteria colonies• Inclined-bottom design — zero blockages, no dead zones, full sewage drainage• Food-grade PP construction — 10+ year lifespan, weather/UV/corrosion resistant• Energy-saving turbine inverter pump — efficient, quiet, continuous circulation• Ideal for koi ponds, mid-scale aquaculture farms, and freshwater systems Specifications:• Pond Capacity: Up to 2,500 Gallons (10 Tons)• Flow Rate: 2,690 GPH• Overall Size: 1713 × 461 × 806 mm (67.44" × 18.14" × 31.73")• Water Inlet: DN80 (3 inches) | Outlet: DN80 (3 inches)• Sewage Outlet: DN40 (1.5 inches)• Motor Power: 60W | Pump Power: 80/96W• Biochemical Chamber: 376 × 295 × 363 mm (14.81" × 11.61" × 14.29")• UV Sterilizer: 20W × 1• Filter Particle Size: ≥50 μm• Material: Food-grade PP + 316 Stainless Steel Screen In the Box:• 1× BTS-10 (10-Ton) Automatic Drum Pond Filter Unit (with filter bin + UV20W ×1) Safety & Maintenance Notes:• Never run the water pump dry — always ensure water flow before starting• Stop the pump fully before adjusting any valve settings• Regularly inspect nozzles for blockage; clean or replace promptly as needed• Protect all electrical components from water overflow or splash during operation• Follow pump operation manual guidelines for daily maintenance• Never disconnect pump fittings or unions while the pump is running
