The SuperStrong Iso-Lateral Chest Press and Lat Pulldown is a smart, space-efficient solution for gyms that need maximum functionality without filling the floor with separate machines. By combining two essential upper body movements into one compact unit, it allows effective chest and back training while keeping your layout clean and efficient. This dual-function lever machine is designed to follow natural pushing and pulling movement patterns, delivering smooth, controlled reps for both exercises. The iso-lateral arm design allows each side of the body to work independently, helping to improve strength balance and overall muscle development. In chest press mode, the focus is placed on the pectorals, triceps and front deltoids. Switch to lat pulldown mode to effectively target the lats, rhomboids, rear delts, trapezius and biceps. The result is a versatile, performance-driven machine suited to commercial gym floors, PT studios and high-end training spaces. Independent Arm Movement The iso-lateral design allows each arm to move and load independently, ensuring both sides of the body contribute equally to every rep. This helps reduce strength imbalances, prevents the dominant side from taking over, and supports more balanced muscle development. The independent arms also allow alternating presses and pulls, adding variety and control to chest and back training. Controlled and Confident Training Designed for safe and effective use in commercial gym environments, this machine guides the movement through a fixed path, giving users greater control during both pressing and pulling exercises. This controlled motion allows lifters to train harder with confidence, without worrying about balance or stability. It also removes the need for a spotter, making solo training safer and more practical for all experience levels. Built for Commercial Performance Constructed with durability in mind, this machine features a heavy duty steel frame built to withstand high usage in busy gym settings. The handles and weight horns are manufactured from anodised aluminium alloy, offering excellent resistance to rust and corrosion while maintaining a premium feel and finish. Fully Adjustable Setup To suit a wide range of users, the machine includes multiple adjustment points. The chest press seat, chest support and lat pulldown rollers can all be adjusted quickly and easily, allowing each user to find a comfortable and effective training position regardless of height or build. Ergonomic Design and Comfort Every detail of this dual-function machine has been designed with comfort and biomechanics in mind. High quality polyurethane padding provides firm yet comfortable support, while the ergonomic seat and backrest positioning help maintain proper posture throughout each movement. This reduces unnecessary strain, improves movement efficiency and allows users to focus fully on training performance. Integrated Weight Plate Storage Built-in stainless steel weight plate holders allow plates to be stored directly on the machine, keeping the training area tidy and efficient. This makes loading and unloading quicker, saves floor space, and removes the need for additional plate storage. It also makes drop sets easier to perform without interruption.
