Take your lower body training up a level with this dual-function plate loaded leg machine, designed to deliver focused quad and hamstring work in one solid, space-efficient unit. Ideal for light commercial gyms, PT studios and performance spaces, it offers smooth, controlled movement and dependable build quality. The adjustable backrest allows the machine to be set upright for leg extensions or laid flat for prone leg curls, giving you two key leg exercises without needing separate machines. This makes it a smart choice for facilities that want versatility without compromising on training quality. Loading is simple and flexible. Use Olympic weight plates to progressively increase resistance, or add resistance bands to change the strength curve and challenge athletes in different ways. This setup suits beginners through to advanced lifters. Built from thick gauge steel and finished in a hard wearing matte black coating, the frame is made to handle consistent use in light commercial environments. High density foam padding with a durable PU cover supports the body comfortably through every rep, while rubberised feet help keep the machine planted during heavier sets.
