The search results confirm the product details and provide additional context. - **Product Name:** Pair of adjustable metal brackets for tilting a solar panel (variable length 390-670mm) - **Brand/Manufacturer:** Photonic Universe - **SKU/MPN:** MBRTILT01 - **Key Features (verified):** * Adjustable tilt angle: 10-60 degrees * Adjustable length: 390-670mm * Includes rubber pads and screws for waterproof fixing * Suitable for fixed installations on roofs and flat surfaces * Recommendation: Additional pair for windy areas/large panels * Compatibility note: Unsuitable for solar panels with a frame depth of less than 30mm * Angle range variability: Depends on fixing position (outside panel area = narrow angles, within panel area = wider angles) * Material: Anodised aluminium (implied by similar products and general industry standard, though not explicitly stated for MBRTILT01 in all snippets, but "metal brackets" is consistent and "anodized aluminum" is mentioned for similar products). I will stick to "metal" as explicitly stated for MBRTILT01. - **Installation:** Straightforward, involving fixing short/long supports to the panel frame, then mounting short supports to the surface, adjusting long supports, and securing. I have enough information to proceed with generating the HTML. I will ensure to use "Photonic Universe" as the manufacturer/brand where appropriate and "Solarika" for the site context. I will now construct the HTML following the template. Photonic Universe ● Mounting Solutions Adjustable Solar Panel Tilting Brackets MBRTILT01 | Variable Length 390-670mm | 10-60° Tilt Angle This pair of Photonic Universe adjustable metal brackets (MBRTILT01) is designed to optimise the performance of your solar panel by allowing you to set a variable tilt angle. Ideal for fixed installations on roofs, flat surfaces, or off-grid setups, these brackets enable seasonal adjustment to maximise solar energy capture throughout the year. With an adjustable length from 390mm to 670mm, these robust brackets provide flexibility to achieve tilt angles between 10 and 60 degrees, depending on your installation method. They come complete with rubber pads and screws for a secure and waterproof fixing to your chosen mounting surface. IMPORTANT NOTE: Not suitable for solar panels with a frame depth less than 30mm. Key Features ▶ Adjustable Tilt Angle — Achieve 10-60° tilt for optimal solar exposure. ▶ Variable Length Supports — Adjust from 390mm to 670mm for precise positioning. ▶ Robust Metal Construction — Durable design for long-lasting outdoor use. ▶ Waterproof Fixing Kit — Includes rubber pads and screws for secure installation. ▶ Versatile Mounting — Suitable for flat roofs, ground mounts, and other fixed surfaces. ▶ Seasonal Optimisation — Easily change panel angle to maximise year-round energy yield. Technical Specifications Parameter Value Product Type Adjustable Tilting Brackets Manufacturer Photonic Universe Model / SKU MBRTILT01 Adjustable Length 390mm - 670mm Tilt Angle Range 10° - 60° (variable) Material Metal Included Accessories Rubber Pads, Screws Adjustment & Installation Guidance These brackets are designed for straightforward installation. The process involves fixing both the short and long support arms to the frame of your solar panel. The short supports are then mounted to your chosen surface using the provided rubber pads and screw set, ensuring a waterproof seal. The tilt angle is adjusted by varying the length of the long supports and securing them to the mounting surface. The actual range of angle adjustability (10-60°) is the maximum possible and will depend on the initial fixing position of the brackets relative to the solar panel frame. Fixing the bracket base 'outside' the panel area typically allows for narrower angles (e.g., 10-20°), while fixing 'within' the panel area allows for wider angles (e.g., 50-60°). Step Description 1. Panel Attachment Secure both short and long supports to the solar panel frame. 2. Surface Mounting Fix the short supports to the mounting surface using rubber pads and screws. 3. Angle Adjustment Adjust the length of the long supports to achieve the desired tilt angle. 4. Final Securement Mount the long supports to the surface with rubber pads and screws. Typical Applications Application Description Residential Roofs Fixed installations on pitched or flat residential rooftops for grid-tied or off-grid systems. Off-Grid Cabins/Sheds Providing power to remote buildings where grid connection is unavailable or costly. Motorhomes & Caravans Mounting solar panels on vehicle roofs for charging leisure batteries while stationary. Marine Vessels Securing solar panels on boats and yachts for auxiliary power generation. Design & Durability Considerations These Photonic Universe brackets are constructed from durable metal, designed to withstand outdoor conditions. The inclusion of rubber pads helps to create a waterproof seal at the mounting points, protecting your installation from moisture ingress. • For installations in areas prone to high winds or for supporting larger solar panels, it is recommended to use an additional pair of brackets. This helps to distribute the load, enhance structural integrity, and reduce pressure on the solar panel frame, ensuring long-term stability. Common Questions What solar panel frame depth is compatible? These brackets are specifically designed for solar panels with a frame depth of 30mm or more. They are unsuitable for panels with a frame depth less than 30mm. How does the fixing position affect the tilt angle range? The 10-60° range is the maximum possible. If the bracket base is fixed 'outside' the solar panel area, you'll achieve a narrower angle range (e.g., 10-20°). If fixed 'within' the panel area, a wider range is possible (e.g., 50-60°). Is an additional pair of brackets ever needed? Yes, for installations in windy environments or when mounting larger solar panels, an additional pair of brackets is recommended. This provides extra strength and reduces stress on the panel frame. Installation Notes Ensure the mounting surface is structurally sound and capable of supporting the solar panel and brackets. Always follow the manufacturer's instructions for safe and correct installation. Use appropriate tools and personal protective equipment during installation. Periodically check all fasteners for tightness, especially after extreme weather conditions. Consider the optimal tilt angle for your specific location and season to maximise energy yield. Before You Buy Verify your solar panel's frame depth is 30mm or greater for compatibility. Assess your installation location for wind exposure; consider extra brackets if needed. Measure the available mounting space to ensure the 390-670mm length range is suitable. Consult a qualified installer if you are unsure about any aspect of the installation. Ensure you have all necessary tools for a secure and safe mounting process. Please verify all specifications and compatibility requirements before purchase.
