Keep away from excessive moisture and prolonged direct sunlight; professional cleaning recommended for deep stains. Frequently Asked Questions Q: What does "hand-tufted" mean?Skilled artisans use a tufting gun to punch wool yarn through a canvas backing by hand, row by row, then finish and trim the pile. It's a handmade construction that allows for crisp repeating patterns like this trellis. Q: Why choose wool over a synthetic pile?Wool is naturally resilient, stain-resistant and hypoallergenic. Its fibres bounce back after being compressed, so the rug holds its shape and look even with daily use. Q: Where does a round rug work best?Round rugs soften the straight lines of furniture and define a zone — under a round dining table, at the centre of a seating group, beside a bed, or in a reading nook or entryway. Q: What size should I choose for under a dining table?Choose a diameter roughly 60 cm (2 ft) wider than your table on every side, so chairs stay on the rug when pulled out. A 4-seater round table usually suits a 6x6 or 7x7 size. Q: Does this rug shed? Some initial shedding is normal for hand-tufted wool rugs and settles down after a few months of regular vacuuming. Q: Can I get a custom size?Yes, just share your preferred diameter and we'll have it made to order. Q: How long does delivery take?Ready-to-ship sizes: 12–15 days. Custom sizes: 25–35 days.
