Internal Divider for Proper Water Routing in Screenmatic Filters The Oase Biotec Screenmatic 18000 partition wall separates the debris-collection chamber from the downstream filtration stages, forcing water to follow the engineered flow path through the screen, foam, and bio-media in sequence. If the partition is cracked or missing, water short-circuits directly to the outlet, drastically reducing filtration effectiveness. Restores Designed Flow Path The partition is a structural component, not a wear item — but impacts, frost heave, or UV degradation can crack it over time. A replacement drops into the same mounting slots and restores the correct chamber separation immediately. Without it, the motorised screen and downstream foam stages cannot function as intended. Specification Details Compatible Model Biotec Screenmatic 18000 Material Rigid polymer Type OEM internal partition Installation Drain the filter and remove the foam and media assemblies to access the partition slots. Slide the damaged wall out and insert the replacement until it locks into both side channels. Reassemble the media in the correct order, refill, and restart. Confirm no water leaks past the partition edges before closing the lid. Ideal for Biotec Screenmatic 18000 owners who notice water clarity declining despite a functioning motorised screen.
