[Perfect for Industrial Engineering] Engineered for strength and durability, SUNLU PA6-CF filament is suitable for industrial uses that require high torsional, tensile, and impact resistance. Ideal applications include gears, screws, helmets, fan blades, toy car chassis, skateboard parts, and bicycle frames. [Superior Heat Resistance] With a heat distortion temperature of up to 209°C, significantly higher than Easy PA, PC, or ASA, PA6-CF is ideal for high-temperature applications like automotive exhaust pipes, motor covers, pot handles, and kettle bases. [Optimized Printing Settings]Nozzle Temperature: 270-280°C - Bed Temperature: 100°C - Printing Speed: 50-150mm/s - Annealing: 80-130°C for 5-12 hours (essential for maximizing heat resistance) - Bed Surface: Use a thin coat of PVA glue or Magigoo PA for improved adhesion.
