Frequently Asked Questions Does the CombiTrainer include the WallBars? No. The WallBars are not included and are required for safe use of the CombiTrainer. How does the CombiTrainer create resistance? Resistance comes from the user’s own body weight. Pulling the rope handles moves the sliding bench through the cable and pulley system. Can the difficulty be adjusted? Yes. The difficulty changes by adjusting the angle at which the CombiTrainer is hung on the WallBars. A steeper angle increases the challenge. Is this suitable for compact spaces? Yes. The CombiTrainer folds flat and can be hung on the WallBars for space-saving storage after training.
