Take the walkout out of heavy squats and create a more consistent starting position for bench press with the SuperStrong Monolift Rack Attachment. Designed to mount directly onto compatible 75mm x 75mm uprights, the Monolift uses a counterbalanced swinging hook system. As you unrack the bar, the hooks automatically swing back towards the rack, giving you the clearance to begin your lift immediately without stepping backwards. When it’s time to re-rack, simply guide the bar back into the angled hooks and they return to their starting position. This makes the Monolift particularly useful for heavy squats, powerlifting and bench press, where maintaining your setup and body position can make a big difference. For benching, it allows you to unrack without having to reach backwards towards conventional J-cups, helping you maintain a strong and consistent pressing position. Built from heavy-duty steel, each hook features a substantial bar-catching area and protective UHMW plastic, helping protect the barbell finish while also allowing the bar to be moved slightly from side to side for accurate positioning. The adjustable mounting system also provides fine height adjustment, making it easier to dial in the correct bar position for different users and exercises. Features Rack-mounted monolift attachment Ideal for squats and bench press Eliminates the need to walk the bar backwards before squatting Counterbalanced hooks swing clear automatically when the bar is unracked Angled hook design makes re-racking simple Heavy-duty steel construction UHMW protective lining helps protect barbell knurling and finish Fine height adjustment for accurate positioning Suitable for standard Olympic barbells and many speciality bars Supplied as a pair Designed for heavy strength and powerlifting use Specifications Attachment height: 508 mm Hook steel thickness: 19 mm Hook lip height: 32 mm Bar placement depth: 70 mm UHMW protection thickness: 14 mm Mounting hole diameter: 25 mm Mounting hole spacing: 4 - 8cm centres Weight: approximately 28 kg per pair Train Heavy Without the Walkout For lifters pushing heavier numbers, removing the walkout means less wasted movement before the lift begins. Set your stance, unrack and go straight into the squat. On bench press, the same system lets you position the bar closer to your ideal starting point without compromising your upper-back and shoulder setup. A simple rack upgrade that brings one of the key advantages of a full competition-style monolift to your existing SuperStrong setup.
