Vintage 1950s Bottle Brush Christmas Tree with Baubles – “Foreign” MarkedA delightful 1950s miniature bottle brush Christmas tree decorated with tiny coloured glass baubles and cream bells, each branch tipped with red-painted wooden “candles.” The tree stands in its original red-painted wooden base, which is stamped “Foreign” underneath — a mark commonly used on imported goods in the post-war years. This little tree captures all the charm of a mid-century Christmas. It’s perfect for display on a mantelpiece, shelf or within a vintage Christmas village scene. The decorations show gentle ageing, with some minor paint wear to the base and light patina to the baubles, all adding to its nostalgic appeal. A lovely piece of traditional festive décor that brings a touch of 1950s charm to any home. ConditionGood vintage condition with minor age wear. Some light losses to red paint on the base, gentle ageing to the bottle brush and ornaments, and a few small marks consistent with age. Displays beautifully and remains sturdy.
