Kenneth Cole Mankind Eau de Toilette 50ml is a polished, slightly fruity-aromatic fragrance for men, launched in 2013 and signed by perfumer Claude Dir. A bright, slightly spicy opening of pineapple, pear, cardamom, tarragon and ginger leads into a warm woody heart with a hint of cinnamon, before settling into a smooth base of sandalwood, oakmoss, tonka bean and skin musk. About Kenneth Cole Kenneth Cole is an American fashion brand founded in New York in 1982 by designer Kenneth Cole, with a reputation for understated, modern lifestyle products. The brand's fragrance line — produced under licence — has long focused on accessibly priced, well-made fragrances that suit everyday wear; Mankind is the brand's flagship masculine signature, with an ongoing line of flankers (Hero, Ultimate, Legacy, Unlimited) extending the same DNA. Fragrance notes Top: Pineapple, Pear, Cardamom, Tarragon, Ginger Heart: Woody Notes, Cinnamon Base: Sandalwood, Oakmoss, Tonka Bean, Skin Musk Olfactory family: Aromatic Fruity Woody | Launched: 2013 | Perfumer: Claude Dir Who it's for Kenneth Cole Mankind suits men looking for a polished, slightly distinctive daily signature with a juicy fruit opening and a smooth, warm woody drydown. The composition is at its best in spring and autumn, comfortable for office, daytime and casual evening contexts, and pairs naturally with smart-casual or tailored dressing. Anyone drawn to fragrances such as Bvlgari Aqva Pour Homme or Hugo Boss Boss Bottled will recognise the territory. How to wear it Spray onto pulse points — the inner wrists, sides of the neck and chest — from around 15 cm away. Apply to clean, moisturised skin straight after a shower for the longest wear. Two to three sprays balance well; the sandalwood-and-tonka drydown develops over the first hour and gives the eau de toilette comfortable wear into the evening.
