Jeanne Arthes Sweet Sixteen Pink Eau de Parfum 100ml is a sweet, playful gourmand-fruity composition for women, launched in 2011 by the Grasse-based French house Jeanne Arthes. Built around a candy-sweet centre, the fragrance opens with juicy orange, raspberry and strawberry; a heart of cotton candy, red fruits and lily-of-the-valley adds floral lift; and a base of caramel, tonka bean and vanilla gives the scent its long, dessert-like trail. About Jeanne Arthes Jeanne Arthes is an independent French perfumery founded in 1986 in Grasse, the historic capital of fine perfume. The brand specialises in romantic and accessible women's fragrances and has built a wide catalogue across the Cassandra, Amore Mio and Sweet Sixteen lines, all targeted at younger wearers and gift markets at high-street prices. Fragrance notes Top: Orange, Raspberry, Strawberry Heart: Cotton Candy, Red Fruits, Lily-of-the-Valley Base: Caramel, Tonka Bean, Vanilla Olfactory family: Floral Fruity Gourmand | Launched: 2011 | Made in: France The story behind Sweet Sixteen Pink Sweet Sixteen was conceived around the playful theme of a sixteenth-birthday celebration — sweet treats, soft fabrics and the giddy first taste of grown-up perfume. The Pink edition leans particularly into the dessert side of that brief, with cotton candy and caramel taking centre stage. The bottle is a soft pink glass flacon with playful detailing — designed to look as good on a teen's dressing table as the fragrance smells in the room. Who it's for Sweet Sixteen Pink suits younger wearers and adults drawn to candy-sweet gourmand fragrances — a contemporary high-street alternative to scents like Britney Spears Curious, Vera Wang Princess, or Ariana Grande Cloud, with a similarly playful, dessert-leaning character. Best worn for casual daytime, parties and date nights; ideal for younger gift recipients or as a stocking-filler for fans of the genre. How to wear it Spray onto pulse points — wrists, base of the throat, behind the ears — from around 15cm. Two to three sprays for daytime; build up gently for longer evening wear.
