Maximise the potential of your upper body strength, balance and focus during your workouts with our Iron Cross Training Attachments. These -steel handles are the ideal attachments to build strength and endurance in your core, shoulders, arms and back.  Made in the UK with British manufactured steel and featuring a textured black finish, these iron cross handles are the perfect tool for athletes looking to develop strength and achieve the iron cross hold. With grippy handles and soft foam pads where the attachment sits on the forearm, this tool is completely adjustable and scalable to meet your requirements. The Iron Cross features multiple carabiner positions to scale to every level – the closer the clips to the hands the harder it gets. What is iron cross training, and what equipment do I need to get started? If you’re looking for an exercise that will put your ultimate gymnastics strength to the test, then iron cross training is for you. It’s a fitness and gymnastics movement that can take years to develop and master, but the results reward you with mesmerising upper body strength and power. When using iron cross equipment, you’ll need to attach these handles to your ordinary ring straps. Once they are set up, place your arms horizontally into each attachment, so that your body is in a cross position. Using your core, shoulder and lats, hold the handles and use your shoulders to pull yourself up until your arms are fully vertical, and your body raised. Slowly lower yourself down from this position until you are in a locked out ‘Cross’. What muscles does iron cross training target? The iron cross is a great movement to target a variety of core, arms and upper body muscles. This includes: Biceps Deltoids Levator Scapulae Pectoralis Minor Posterior Deltoid Rectus Abdominis Rhomboids Supraspinatus Trapezius And much more!
