IBC012G This kit contains: 1 x IBC S60X6 Cap with ¾” BSP Thread (IBCS60X6CAP34BSPF) 1 x Large Plastic Valve ¾” BSP (VALVE34BSPM-F-LARGE) 1 x Pond Elbow Connector ¾” BSP – 20mm Barb (POND20B34BSPMELB) The IBC S60X6 End Cap with Built-in BSPF Thread is a high-quality accessory designed for use with Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBCs). Constructed from robust, durable plastic, this end cap ensures a secure and reliable seal, effectively preventing leaks and contamination. Featuring a built-in BSPF (British Standard Pipe Fitting) thread, the end cap provides a versatile and easy-to-use connection point for plumbing and flow control systems. This threaded design ensures compatibility with a variety of fittings, facilitating straightforward installation and maintenance. Its durable construction and precise threading make it a valuable component in ensuring the integrity and performance of IBC systems. By combining strength with functionality, this end cap is an essential addition to any operation requiring dependable liquid containment and management solutions. The Full Flow Single Union Ball Valve PP BSPF – M Thread is a versatile and durable valve designed for various fluid control applications. Crafted from high-quality, robust polypropylene (PP) plastic, this valve offers excellent resistance to corrosion and wear, ensuring long-lasting performance in demanding environments. Its single union design allows for easy installation, maintenance, and replacement, making it an ideal choice for both residential and industrial settings where reliability and efficiency are paramount. A standout feature of this ball valve is its large lever handle, which provides effortless operation and precise control over fluid flow. The ergonomic design of the handle ensures that users can easily open or close the valve, even in tight or hard-to-reach spaces. This ease of use is particularly beneficial in situations where quick and reliable shut-off is essential, minimizing the risk of leaks or system damage. The pond elbow connector is designed with durability in mind, constructed from strong, high-quality plastic that ensures long-lasting performance in various pond and irrigation systems. This robust construction resists wear and tear, making it ideal for outdoor environments where exposure to water, UV rays, and temperature fluctuations is common. The connector is engineered to withstand the rigors of continuous use, providing reliable service over time. The barbed outlet is a standout feature of this connector, featuring precisely engineered barbs that grip the inside of the pipe securely. These barbs create a tight seal, preventing leaks and ensuring a secure connection. This design makes installation straightforward, as the barbs hold the pipe in place without the need for additional clamps or adhesives, streamlining the assembly process and reducing the risk of accidental disconnections. The 90-degree angle of the elbow connector is particularly useful for redirecting the flow of water, allowing for efficient routing around obstacles or within confined spaces. This makes it an essential component for pond setups, irrigation systems, and other applications where precise control over fluid direction is required. Please note, PTFE Tape may be required to create a watertight connection and reduce leaking on the thread. PTFE Tape sold separately.
