IBC010A This kit contains: 1 x IBC S60X6 Cap with ¾” BSP Thread (IBCS60X6CAP34BSPF) 1 x MDPE Straight Joiner 20mm - 3/4" BSPM (MDPESTR20-34BSPM) The IBC S60X6 End Cap with Built-in BSPF Thread is a high-quality accessory designed for use with Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBCs). Constructed from robust, durable plastic, this end cap ensures a secure and reliable seal, effectively preventing leaks and contamination. Featuring a built-in BSPF (British Standard Pipe Fitting) thread, the end cap provides a versatile and easy-to-use connection point for plumbing and flow control systems. This threaded design ensures compatibility with a variety of fittings, facilitating straightforward installation and maintenance. Its durable construction and precise threading make it a valuable component in ensuring the integrity and performance of IBC systems. By combining strength with functionality, this end cap is an essential addition to any operation requiring dependable liquid containment and management solutions. MDPE (Medium-Density Polyethylene) fittings are essential components in piping systems, specifically designed for connecting MDPE pipes. Known for their durability, flexibility, and chemical resistance, MDPE fittings are widely used in applications such as water supply, irrigation, and industrial processes. These fittings, feature threaded compression connections that ensure a tight, leak-free seal without the need for specialized equipment, making them both cost-effective and easy to install. An MDPE straight connector is a type of pipe fitting used to join two pieces of piping or tubing in a straight line, without any angle or deviation. It's a simple yet essential component in plumbing, fluid transport, and various other applications where a direct, uninterrupted connection between two pipes is needed. MDPE PN10 pipe fittings are engineered to withstand a maximum pressure of 10 bars (approximately 145 psi), ensuring the integrity of the piping system under various conditions. These fittings are not only durable, capable of withstanding harsh weather and mechanical stress, but also resistant to corrosion from chemicals and acids, which contributes to their longevity and reduces maintenance needs. Overall, MDPE fittings provide a reliable, versatile, and efficient solution for a wide range of piping applications. Please note, PTFE Tape may be required to create a watertight connection and reduce leaking on the thread. PTFE Tape sold separately.
