Hermès Eau de Citron Noir Eau de Cologne 100ml is an unconventional unisex citrus from Hermès' celebrated Cologne collection, composed by in-house perfumer Christine Nagel and launched in 2018. Inspired by Middle Eastern black lime (noomi basra), it pairs sharp lemon and citron with smoky guaiac wood and black tea — a citrus that is bright, dry and intriguingly shadowed. About Hermès Parfums Hermès is the storied French luxury house founded in Paris in 1837. Its perfumery — including the iconic Terre d'Hermès, the Jardins collection and the Cologne range — is celebrated for its refinement and craftsmanship. The Eaux de Cologne collection in particular is built around fresh, crisp compositions that elevate the cologne style with Hermès quality. Fragrance notes Top: lemon, lime, citron (Buddha's hand) Heart: Ceylon black tea, smoky accord Base: guaiac wood, Paraguayan woods Who it's for Best for fragrance wearers who love citrus eaux de cologne but want something more characterful than the usual sweet citrus opener — confident, design-conscious wearers looking for an unusual, dry, smoky-citrus signature. Unisex by design and well suited to warmer weather, daytime and creative-professional contexts. How to wear it Spray generously onto pulse points — wrists, neck and chest — from roughly 15cm away. Allow to dry naturally without rubbing the wrists. Reapply through the day; the cologne concentration is meant to be refreshed rather than worn sparingly. Layer with the matching Eau de Citron Noir body products (where available) to extend the signature.
