Experience effective pond protection with G4 Pond Paint/Sealant 5kg in Black. This moisture-cured polyurethane sealant creates a solid, non-porous barrier on concrete ponds and is capable of bonding with slightly damp surfaces, ensuring a firm hold. Ideal for various weather conditions, the G4 Pond Sealer provides reliable performance even in high humidity and low temperatures, effectively sealing out lime. It's quick to apply and requires no primer, making it a convenient solution for pond maintenance. Application instructions highlight the importance of preparing the pond's cement render. Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and porous, allowing new render 21–28 days to harden, with fibers removed before coating. Damaged areas should be repaired prior to application. Apply with a brush in thin layers, allowing sufficient drying time between coats and covering with additional coats as necessary for the surface condition. Allow a 72-hour hardening period before washing. Consumption rates depend on surface porosity, with standard coats covering at specified grams per square metre. Both durability and application ease make this product suitable for enhancing pond structures, while the distinctive black finish adds a striking appearance.
