The Fuel Gun with Rubber Hose & Tank Adaptor Set is an essential tool for anyone who needs efficient and precise fuel dispensing. This comprehensive kit includes a durable fuel gun nozzle designed for easy handling and accurate flow control, making it ideal for a variety of fuelling tasks. Alongside the nozzle, you'll find robust hose clips to ensure a secure and leak-proof connection, an IBC connector for compatibility with intermediate bulk containers, and a flexible rubber hose that delivers fuel smoothly and safely. Whether you're managing fuel on a farm, in a workshop, or at a construction site, this set provides everything you need for seamless operation. The rubber hose is designed to withstand the rigors of frequent use while maintaining flexibility, and the IBC connector ensures a snug fit with standard fuel tanks. Together, these components enhance convenience and efficiency, allowing for quick and reliable refuelling with minimal mess. The flexible rubber hose in this kit is constructed from synthetic nitrile rubber and is designed for the efficient flow of various fluids including fuel, oil, and industrial water. It features a smooth, black design that offers excellent resistance to oil and fuel permeation, ensuring both durability and long-lasting performance. Compliant with the SAE J30 R6 specification, the hose is suitable for handling gasoline, diesel, E10, and E15 fuels, but is not compatible with 100% biofuels. It effectively manages a range of substances such as unleaded fuels, methanol, and lubricants, making it versatile for automotive, marine, and industrial applications. Operating in temperatures from -40°C to +100°C, this hose is reinforced with a high-strength dual thread braid for added durability and is resistant to abrasion, corrosion, and environmental factors. It is well-suited for use in trucks, trailers, and automotive fuel systems, efficiently transporting diesel, biodiesel, hydraulic oil, and lubricating oil. However, it should not be used as a pressure line in fuel-injected engines or submerged in gasoline, as it is designed for non-pressurized fuel systems only. The Fuel Gun Nozzle with a Barb Inlet is a durable and reliable tool designed for dispensing diesel and other non-corrosive liquids in agricultural and plant settings. Its robust plastic construction ensures longevity, while the barb inlet provides a secure, leak-resistant connection to fuel hoses, minimizing spills and enhancing safety. With a pull trigger mechanism for precise control, the nozzle ensures accurate fuel dispensing and reduces wastage. Popular for its practical design and efficiency, it supports daily operations by refuelling machinery, vehicles, and equipment with consistent performance, making it essential for smooth operations in various agricultural and plant environments. The IBC tank adaptor with an S60x6 thread and barbed hose inlet is a robust and versatile component designed for efficient fluid transfer and secure connections. Crafted from strong, durable plastic, this adaptor ensures longevity and resistance to wear and tear, making it ideal for various industrial and agricultural applications. The S60x6 threaded connection provides a tight, leak-proof seal to standard compatible IBC tanks, while the barbed hose inlet allows for easy and reliable attachment of hoses, facilitating smooth and efficient fluid flow. This adaptor's combination of durability and functionality makes it a crucial component for any setup involving intermediate bulk containers.
