Floor GHD – Posterior Chain Training Made Accessible The Floor GHD is a compact, space-efficient solution for targeting the posterior chain without the size or complexity of a full glute-ham developer. Designed to sit directly on the floor, it provides a stable and comfortable platform for glute-ham raises, back extensions, hip hinges, and core work. With thick, high-density padding at the hips and ankles, the Floor GHD supports proper body alignment while reducing pressure during high-rep or loaded movements. Its low-profile design makes it ideal for home gyms, personal training studios, and facilities looking to maximise training variety in limited space. Built with a heavy-duty steel frame, this unit delivers the stability needed for controlled strength work while remaining easy to move and store when not in use. Whether you’re developing strength, improving athletic performance, or supporting rehabilitation, the Floor GHD is a versatile addition to any training environment.
