Fire Magic Aurora A790i 36" Built-In Gas Grill The Fire Magic Aurora A790i 36" Built-In Gas Grill with Analog Thermometer (A790i-7EAN/P) is a premium, high-capacity outdoor cooking appliance proudly manufactured in the USA. Borrowing much of its performance engineering and design DNA from Fire Magic's flagship Echelon Series, the Aurora line delivers commercial-tier thermal power, heavy-gauge structural integrity, and upscale luxury design. Constructed entirely from premium 304 stainless steel, this 36-inch model serves as an imposing, chef-grade focal centerpiece for luxury custom outdoor kitchen islands. Note: The 7 Series product designation indicates that this specific configuration ships as a high-heat grilling machine optimized without a pre-installed rear infrared rotisserie backburner, leaving the internal cooking dome completely open to maximize headspace for extra-tall roasts, large turkeys, and tall warming rack configurations. Performance Engineering & Premium Features Massive Cast Stainless Steel E-Burners: Driven by three heavy-duty linear main burners precision-forged from 1/4-inch thick premium 304 cast stainless steel. Weighing up to 12 lbs each and backed by an industry-leading lifetime warranty, these robust burners pump out a combined 90,000 BTUs across the firebox. They are engineered with a dedicated top-lip shroud positioned directly above the ports to shield the flames and prevent clogging from falling grease or carbon soot. Patented Diamond Sear Cooking Grids: Equipped with heavy-gauge trapezoidal 304 stainless steel grids. The bars are engineered with a matte, non-stick surface and a smooth, flat top measuring over 0.35 inches wide, covering more than half of the total grilling footprint. This layout maximizes direct surface contact with your food, resulting in optimal heat transfer, faster cook times, and highly uniform steakhouse sear lines. Radiant Vaporizing Flavor Grids: High-efficiency, 16-gauge stainless steel flavor grids cover the burner network to disperse radiant heat quickly while protecting the burners from falling debris. They instantly vaporize falling meat juices into flavor-packed smoke that infuses right back into your food while safely eliminating flare-ups and grease fires. Independent Heat Zone Separators: Features removable stainless steel partitions that slide vertically between each burner track. This allows chefs to establish entirely isolated cooking zones across the main grids to simultaneously flash-sear thick steaks at maximum temperatures and slow-roast delicate seafood or vegetables at low heat without thermal bleeding. Advanced Electric Hot Surface Ignition: Outfitted with a highly reliable 120V AC push-to-light electronic hot surface ignition system. This commercial-grade setup lights the gas instantly under any adverse weather condition and includes dedicated internal mechanical flash tubes for emergency manual backup lighting. 90-Degree Spring-Assisted Hood: Features a double-walled, double-insulated 304 stainless steel hood built to maintain precise convective temperatures while preventing outer surface heat discoloration. Supported by a specialized Teflon-coated spring-assist mechanism, the heavy "feather-lite" lid opens smoothly to a full 90 degrees to optimize rear exhaust ventilation. Evening Ambiance & Backlit Knobs: Outfitted with dual integrated, angled interior 12V halogen lamps for high visibility during nighttime grilling. The mirror-polished, seamless control panel features back-lit comfort-grip safety knobs that illuminate with a safe blue LED glow, automatically transitioning to red when that specific burner is ignited. Hood-Embedded Analog Thermometer: Features a large, premium analog dial gauge wrapped in a polished stainless steel bezel embedded in the hood. The face reads up to 1000°F and is angled forward for easy monitoring without losing valuable heat by opening the hood.
