Fire Magic Aurora A660i 30" Built-In Gas Grill The Fire Magic Aurora A660i 30" Built-In Gas Grill with Analog Thermometer (A660i-7EAN/P) is a premium, high-performance outdoor cooking appliance proudly manufactured in the USA. Positioned right beneath Fire Magic's flagship Echelon Series, the Aurora line balances institutional-grade durability, heavy thermal power, and elegant luxury design. Constructed entirely from heavy-gauge, commercial 304 stainless steel, this 30-inch model features an extra-deep 12-inch firebox to provide optimal convection cooking, making it an ideal core centerpiece for high-capacity custom outdoor kitchen islands. Note: The 7 Series configuration dictates that the unit ships optimized as a standard high-heat grilling machine without a pre-installed rear infrared rotisserie backburner, maximizing internal overhead space for tall roasts and poultry. Performance Engineering & Premium Features Massive Cast Stainless Steel E-Burners: Powered by three heavy-duty main burners precision-forged from 1/4-inch thick premium 304 cast stainless steel. Weighing up to 12 lbs each and backed by a lifetime warranty, these robust burners output an impressive combined total of 75,000 BTUs across the firebox. They are engineered with a dedicated top-lip shroud positioned directly above the precision ports to block falling grease and carbon debris from clogging the flame. Patented Diamond Sear Cooking Grids: Outfitted with heavy-gauge trapezoidal 304 stainless steel grids. The bars feature a smooth, flat top measuring over 0.35 inches wide, covering more than half of the total grilling footprint. This unique architecture maximizes direct thermal surface contact with your food, resulting in significantly faster cook times, higher fuel efficiency, and uniform, restaurant-tier sear lines. Radiant Vaporizing Flavor Grids: High-efficiency, V-shaped stainless steel flavor grids shield the burner network while distributing heat evenly across the grilling surface. They instantly vaporize cooking drippings into rich, aromatic barbecue smoke that cycles back into your food while drastically minimizing grease flare-ups. Independent Heat Zone Separators: Removable stainless steel partitions slide vertically between each burner track. This allows chefs to isolate distinct heat zones across the cooking surface to simultaneously flash-sear thick steaks at maximum heat and slow-roast delicate seafood or vegetables at low temperatures without thermal bleeding. Advanced Electric Hot Surface Ignition: Outfitted with a highly reliable 120V AC push-to-light electronic hot surface ignition system. This system lights the gas instantly under any adverse weather conditions and is fully backed by dedicated internal mechanical flash tubes for emergency manual backup lighting. 90-Degree Spring-Assisted Hood: Features a commercial-grade, double-walled double-insulated hood built to maintain precise convective baking internal temperatures while preventing outer surface discoloration. Supported by a specialized dual spring-assist mechanism, the heavy lid opens smoothly to a full 90 degrees to optimize rear exhaust ventilation. Evening Ambiance & Backlit Knobs: Equipped with dual integrated, angled interior 12V halogen lights for complete visibility during nighttime cooking. The mirror-polished satin control panel features back-lit comfort-grip safety knobs that illuminate with a safe blue LED glow, automatically transitioning to red when that specific burner is active. Hood-Embedded Analog Thermometer: Features a large, attractive analog dial gauge wrapped in a polished stainless steel bezel. The face reads up to 1000°F and is angled forward for easy monitoring without losing valuable heat by opening the hood.
