It features a dependent linked upper and lower body movement that results in a versatile range of motion, allowing users to engage in total body workouts, focus solely on the lower body or concentrate on upper body exercises. This functionality promotes coordinated, linear, and natural leg and arm movements and Its self-adjustable stroke length adapts to each patient's unique range of motion, ensuring low-impact movement that is gentle on the knees, ankles, and hips. It also enables a dominant arm or leg to assist in training the weaker counterpart, making it a perfect option for users with varying ranges of motion or imbalances between the left and right sides of their bodies. All of this is achieved while maintaining a secure semi-recumbent posture for patient safety. The 8.5S includes multi position hand grips that swivel naturally in accordance with the patients wrist movement. Enhancing the patients user experience. This programme is an essential tool designed to assist patients in achieving a more balanced pedalling stroke while providing healthcare professionals insights when tailoring physical therapy / rehabilitation plans. This programme is particularly beneficial for individuals with bilateral deficiencies, neurological conditions, and those recovering from knee surgery. It functions by measuring power distribution across the entire pedal stroke, offering a clear and informative graphic and numeric representation of leg power symmetry. Additionally, the system boasts a range of neurological programmes and features that are tailored to neuro rehabilitation. The 25.5 cm (10”) Touch Screen console is on a 360 degree Articulating Arm and features the Beacon.
