Pack of 6 Dura-Gold 10" Flat Standard Cut Replacement Surform Shaver Blades. Versatile blades are used by auto body and paint shops, woodworking shops, metalworkers, crafters, drywallers, and other industries for material removal, smoothing, and shaping. These Surform shaver blades are typically used with a Surform file holder tool, which is a handle that holds the blade. The blades can even be used with just your hands, but be very careful. To use a Surform blade, simply move it back and forth across the surface you're working on. The teeth will grab the material and remove it, leaving a smooth finish. Surform blades are long, thin blades with hundreds of tiny teeth that work like mini rasps. These mini rasp blades are sometimes called cheesegraters for auto body filler repairs. The open-port rasp-cut steel blades are ideal for forming, smoothing, and shaping curved surfaces by removing material on body fillers, wood, vinyl, plaster, drywall, fiberglass, plastics, laminates, aluminum, soft metals, and more.
