Ducati Panigale V4 / Streetfighter V4 — Extension Support Kit (EXT-S) Not a Bigger Tank Pad. A Different Kind of Support. The HARMONIZE EXT-V4 S is a one-piece 3D rider support and tank grip interface for the Ducati Panigale V4 platform, built with a curved support profile. Conventional tank grips add friction to an existing flat surface. The EXT-V4 S goes further, adding a raised, contoured support point exactly where the rider's thigh meets the tank. Its three-dimensional TPU structure gives the lower body a defined surface to brace against, while a high-grip surface texture helps maintain consistent contact through that surface. The result isn't just more grip — it's a more functional connection between rider and motorcycle. A Curved Profile That Follows Your Leg, Not Just the Tank The EXT-S uses a curved support profile rather than a flat one, following the natural angle your thigh makes against the tank as your body shifts through a corner. For riders who spend real time at deeper lean angles, that curve keeps contact continuous through the full range of motion — not just when the knee presses straight in at a single flat plane. Because the profile stays compact and doesn't extend beyond the standard grip area, it's built to sit alongside your existing tank grip pads rather than replace them — add the support structure without removing what's already working for you. Built Around the Rider Contact Point Whether you're on the fully-faired Panigale V4 trail braking into a corner at track pace, or on the naked Streetfighter V4 managing the same 200+ hp engine from a more upright position, the demand on your lower body is the same: real load through your knees and thighs under braking, lean, and hard acceleration. A flat tank pad can help reduce sliding, but it doesn't change the shape of the contact area itself. The EXT-V4 S introduces a curved physical contour at that point. Instead of relying entirely on friction, you can press your knee and thigh against a support surface shaped to follow your leg's natural angle — creating a more stable lower-body reference point through the full arc of a corner, and reducing how much you need to brace through your arms and the handlebars. Developed around the Panigale V4 platform's tank geometry, the EXT-V4 S integrates support and grip into one compact component, without a modular mounting system or an oversized extension piece. One Structure. Two Functions. The curved profile provides physical support that follows your leg's natural contact angle. The integrated high-grip texture helps you maintain contact with that profile. Both functions are built into one continuous TPU component — no separate grip layer, no interchangeable extension, no additional mounting base to assemble. Dry-fit the component, confirm its position, and install it as one complete unit. What Makes the EXT-V4 S Different Curved 3D Support ProfileFollows the natural angle of thigh-to-tank contact, keeping support continuous through deeper lean angles rather than meeting the leg at a single flat plane. High-Grip Surface TextureAn integrated grip pattern helps maintain knee and thigh contact under braking, cornering, and acceleration — street or track. One-Piece TPU ConstructionThe structural profile and textured contact surface are manufactured as a single continuous component, for a clean, uncomplicated installation. Precision Fit for the Panigale V4 PlatformDesigned specifically for the shared tank geometry across Panigale V4 / V4S / V4R and Streetfighter V4 — not a generic profile adapted after the fact. Compatible With Existing Tank GripsSits alongside standard aftermarket tank pads without interference, so it can be added to a tank that already has grip pads installed. Defined Lower-Body SupportGives you a consistent surface to brace against through the full range of riding position, from upright to full lean. Pre-Applied 3M™ VHB™ AdhesiveInstalls without drilling, brackets, a separate mounting base, or special tools. Why It Matters on the Panigale V4 Platform The Panigale V4 platform — faired or naked — places heavy demands on rider positioning through trail braking, corner transitions, and hard acceleration. The EXT-V4 S creates a more defined interface between your lower body and the tank, with a curved contour that follows your leg's contact angle through the full range of a corner rather than a single flat pressing point. Together, these give you a more usable support point than a flat grip pad alone, without changing the aggressive, performance-focused character of the bike. The surface must be completely dry and free of water, dust, oil, wax, and residue. If necessary, carefully warm the tank surface to approximately 25–30°C (77–86°F) using a hair dryer or heat gun on a low setting. Do not overheat the painted surface. Clean and dry your hands before handling the component or adhesive. Dry-fit the component and confirm its position before removing the adhesive liner. Gradually peel away the liner while pressing the component into position. Apply firm, even pressure across the complete mounting surface to ensure full contact. Allow the adhesive to set for at least 12 hours. Avoid riding the motorcycle or exposing the installation area to water or moisture during this period.
