Double-Sided Security Glazing Tape (10mm, choice of thickness) Locks glass in place. Keeps intruders out. High-performance security glazing tape designed to prevent the unauthorised removal of glass units from externally glazed windows and doors. This closed-cell, compressible foam tape provides a high-intrusion-resistant seal that acts as a critical secondary defence against forced entry. It is an essential, cost-effective solution for installers looking to enhance residential security and meet rigorous safety standards without the need for complex fixings. Featuring a high-performance solvent acrylic adhesive on both sides, this tape creates a permanent bond between the glass unit and the rebate that is resistant to ageing, oxidation, and fungi. Manufactured and tested to BS 7116, it enables externally beaded windows to satisfy the requirements of BS 7950 for enhanced security performance against forced entry. With a service temperature range of -20°C to +90°C, it ensures a weather-tight, secure seal that maintains its structural integrity in the harshest conditions.
